Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Staff support was great! Elio Jean (Mgr) tried his best to help us. However, the hotel is terrible! The bathroom was falling apart, plumbing in disrepair, no shower curtain, only 2 bath towels (no hand or face towels) and only a chunk of soap. Ceiling light was hanging down by the wires. The WiFi did not extend to our room. There were dogs barking all night and then a rooster beginning at 5AM. The neighbourhood was noisy and seemed unsafe. Difficulty finding breakfast without walking for miles. "Newly Renovated" did not appear to be true for most of the building. I would never go back!
