Nice Setup
Property was as expected and pictured in the listing. The manager was very prompt in resolving a couple minor issues and questions about the property.
Two things to note that didn't really impact us:
1) The master bedroom closet is locked and is effectively the owner's closet. This means no hanging closet space in the master. Not a massive deal since it was just two of us, but an inconvenience. There was also not a hanger in the entire house, but I get the feeling that previous renters may have taken them all along with the iron and ironing board (which was promptly replaced when we flagged it to the property manager)
2) The house looks out right at the 9th and 18th holes, which would be great normally, but our stay coincided with the prep for the AmEx PGA event, which meant 9am - 5pm it was loud as they constructed the grandstands with hammering, banging, and forklifts/trucks running around non-stop. If you were going to be out on the course or away from the house, no big deal, but the outdoor area was less relaxing during the day with all this going on.
We would rent again but probably outside of Dec/Jan to avoid the construction noise. House would be great in the summer with the pool and misters everywhere.
