We’ve visited the Legacy Villas several times and this is probably my favorite unit we’ve stayed in! Great layout, very spacious, quiet location.

Wonderful stay!

Loved the location of the property. It was quiet and clean. The place had ample necessities which I always appreciate when an owner goes out of their way to think of things their guests may need during their stay.

Great stay

The condo was perfectly located to attend the Indian wells tennis tournament. The facilities were great and the management company super responsive, especially when we left some toiletries and they sent them to us right away.

Lovely property. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Very nice complex with large gym. Met all our needs and we would definitely rent this villa again.

Amazing stay in a beautiful villa!

What an impressive place! We did a family vacation here, and we could not have been more impressed. The villa was exceptional. The facilities were lovely, clean, and welcoming, and everything was easy. Bonus: Legacy Villas is close to shopping and dining, too! Will definitely return.

Wonderful stay

Our family of four adults and three kids had an amazing time in this beautiful home. The house was gorgeous with modern decor and a nice kitchen. Spotlessly clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It’s towards the quiet back area of the lovely Legacy Villas complex, with a choice of many pools and spas. Would recommend and definitely will stay again!

Peace & Beauty at La Quinta Legacy Villas

The check in was very hi tech and super informative. They are on top of it. I love the location of this home. Everything was in perfect condition. well stocked kitchen. If you are a Coffee lover you might want to bring your own coffee filters but besides that all else was excellent.

Great Stay

I've stayed in three properties in Palm Desert over the last month and this house is clearly the best. Modern, clean, well stocked, everything works and in a great development. So many places are clearly owned or operated by people who are not focused on the customer experience. Not the case here. Highly organized management team helps as well.

Winter rest

Our legacy villa was perfect for our get out of winter get away. I was afraid the villas would be busy and hectic because of the density of the area,the opposite was true. It was very peaceful, This unit is against the mountain and it was if we had no neighbors. The unit was as presented. Great shower in the 2nd bedroom.

Trouble with wifi - very slow and unstable. TV in living room didnt work very easily without instructions. Carpet into master bedroom very dirty. Master shower door doesn't close tile is too high at bottom.

Mice

Many mice in the property. They hired a exterminator, who set traps, but didn't attempt to find where they were entering. We ending up leaving the property early. We received a partial refund of rent, but are still attempting to get the substantial sales taxes refunded. Aside from that, the property was ok except for the worn and stained carpet. Stay away
