This 1272 square foot home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a kitchen with white cabinets, black granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, direct access to the two-car garage that has A/C, where you can also play some ping pong and some Foosball, another nice feature to the garage is the covered carport for 2 more cars, which offers protection from the sun. Beautifully landscaped private backyard with natural grass, putting green, natural gas built-in BBQ, Natural gas Firepit, outdoor heated shower, and south-facing New Pebble Tech pool and spa. The patio also offers a covered patio area overlooking the pool with spa and pool lights, plus a second patio which overlooks the mountain.
