Stunning fully renovated and refurbished, pool view apartment with private terrace in the Verdemar residential complex, the peace and silence make this place an ideal destination to relax and recharge your energy, close to the beach and next to El Campanario shopping center.



The apartment consists of a spacious living room perfect for couples, families with children or people who want to use telecommuting, has a dedicated space with a desk for smartworking, a large dining table, a double sofa bed and a private terrace overlooking the pool. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, a cozy bedroom with a double bed, to a large closet.

Die Wohnanlage ist sehr schön gepflegt, der Pool sauber. Von außen ist die Anlage in die Jahre gekommen, überall blättert die Farbe ab. Zutritt nur für Bewohner mit Schlüssel. So haben wir uns sicher gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. 2 Kaffeekapseln waren da, auch Wasser und Bier im Kühlschrank. Sogar Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine. Alles sehr ordentlich. Und es gab zwei leichte tragbare Stühle, die wir am Strand genutzt haben. Charmantes Einkaufszentrum mit Supermarkt, Geschäften und vielen Restaurants 5 Minuten entfernt. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung weiter.
