at 1600 t of altitude an ancient building from the 1700s was recovered which once served as a lookout tower. The renovation project had as objective: to safeguard the originality of the old structure: a dream house has been reborn in a quiet area located in a romantic grove. On the ground floor there is a living room kitchen connected to the upper floor with an iron staircase covered in larch, a bedroom with an exposed roof made entirely of wood with a double bed and a bunk bed in the Valle d'Aosta style. The services are located in the lower floor. The house is surrounded by about 600 meters of land arranged in a single plot, with parking area, dining area, barbecue area. The panoramic view is spectacular, ideal for those who love silence and the characteristic bread festival on Sunday 16 October
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker.
