- Une chambre avec un lit double.

- Une cuisine équipée avec four à micro- ondes, lave-vaisselle, plaques de cuisson, réfrigérateur avec un coin congélation, cafetière...

- Une salle de bain avec vasque, douche et toilette.

La climatisation, la télévision, et l'accès piscine sont inclus dans le prix

La conciergerie est assurée par l'agence
ROBIN'S REAL ESTATE.

L'accueil des clients ainsi que les départs s'effectueront à des heures fixes.

Heure d'arrivée : Du lundi au dimanche de 15H00 à 18H00.
Heure de départ: Du lundi ua dimanche de 10H00 à 12H00.

En dehors de ces heures la conciergerie se réserve le droit de prendre un supplément forfaitaire.

Une caution de 300€ par séjour sera prise par la conciergerie le jour de l'arrivée par emprunte bancaire et rendu le jour du départ si tout est en ordre ( Pas de casse, vol et propreté correcte).

Les draps et serviettes ne sont pas fournies mais sont obligatoires. Les clients peuvent les apporter ou bien les louer auprès de la conciergerie.

Draps: 16€ par kit par semaine.

Serviette: 12€ par personne par semaine

A la fin du séjour le ménage sera effectué systématiquement pour un montant de 20€ pour les courts séjours(1.2.3.4 nuits) et un montant de 50€ pour les longs séjours ( 7 nuits et plus) à régler à la conciergerie.

Obligation de réservation minimum une semaine avant la date de sejour.

A certaine date la réservation est possible pour une durée minimum de 3 nuits.
