I thought the house was clean and well described. I was very disappointed that when I arrived, there was a car in the driveway. There is very little street parking, so I was stuck for a bit. I go in and find the gardener is the one in the driveway. I had to wait another 30 minutes for him to move. In the morning, starting at 7:30, extremely loud construction started. I was not made aware that this would be going on during my stay. Again disappointing. Lastly, I was instructed to strip the beds and start the dishwasher before I left. I thought this was a bit much for the price as well. The location was amazing and very comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Excellent location with lovely beach at the end of the road and lots of eating and shopping within walking distance. House is a little tired and linen/towels could be better. The bikes provided were of such poor quality we couldn’t use them. Property management is a chatbot most of the time which was frustrating. Overall a great stay in the house though.

Wonderful home away from home in La Jolla

We absolutely loved this property! It's very well-maintained and well-run with most everything you could want (save for coffee pods- bring your own K-cups if you're a highly caffeinated human), including two bikes available for your use! Great communication and easy check-in. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet large enough for a pack-n-play if needed. Note that 2 of the 3 bedrooms are difficult to darken entirely (due to skylight and very high windows such that it's hard to apply travel blackout curtains), so bring eyeshades if that bothers your group. Everything in perfect working order. The off-street parking space provided even fit our massive 3-row SUV, so most cars should fit fine! Wonderful location in La Jolla, just a block or two from the beach. We loved our time and hope to return! Thank you so very much!!

Great house in a great location!

Loved renting this beautiful home just a few short blocks from the beach, and a short walk or drive to many La Jolla or nearby dining, scenic spots and other attractions. Would definitely stay here again!

Great property. Fantastic location within walking distance to the beach. Everything in the house was very clean and fresh, except the hot tub did not seem so clean. I would definitely want to stay again. Would be nice if it were easier to communicate with property managers because we had a little trouble with the lock. Overall, though, still a five star experience.

Beautiful Home and Neighbirhood

Modern and clean property. Nicely furnished with usable kitchen. Hot tub was a plus. Rooftop terrace with views to beach is awesome. We had an issue with the fire pit propane tank being empty and it was replaced quickly. Unfortunately we could not get it to ignite during our stay. Overall it was a wonderful family gathering in a beautiful spot.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The property is beautfully renovated and tastefully decorated. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We most enjoyed the view from the balcony and the spa. A few recommendations for the property would be a sunshade over the spa for daytime use and a grill for outdoor cooking.

Fabulous location near the beach

This was a beautiful property. The house was clean and lovely with a rooftop deck that had a beautiful ocean view. It is walking distance to the beach as well as shops and restaurants. We would definitely recommend it and we would stay here again.
