The location is perfect. I could spend days sitting on the patio watching the ocean. This was my second time here and I definitely want to return. I love this house.

Our week long stay at this home was excellent. The house was extremely comfortable, clean, and perfectly located. Our Host was very attentive and always available to communicate with us. We look forward to going back next summer!

Our family had an incredible experience. The location and the view are incredible. I would highly recommend it for anybody who wants to have a La Jolla experience.

3rd Visit

The location of this home can't be beat - watch the ocean from the front porch and fall asleep to the waves. Great location for restaurants and access to the beach. The house has a new management company this year and it is really well stocked and clean. We were happy to see upgrades also, like a new sofa and a new dishwasher. Can't wait to go back again!

Love this spot!

We have stayed here a few times and love it. The porch overlooking the ocean is magnificent. Really wish the owners would spend some money on better bathrooms, especially the showers. And an updated kitchen.

Awesome location!

This house is perfectly located for ocean views or walking to eating/shopping establishments. Also, perfect for sitting on the front porch and throwing the ball for your pooch. House was very clean and the house manager was very responsive with a few questions we had. Will definitely return.

Awesome location but no heat

The location of this property is perfect. We stayed during cool temps in January and there is no heat in the house except gas fireplace in living room. Took local agent 3 days to get back to us and bring space heaters.

Perfect location in La Jolla

You won't find a better spot to watch the sunset than the front porch of this place. Convenient for walking everywhere and easy access to the water. Only gripe was that the garage was not available & the hot tub was not functioning. Neither issue was resolved by management, despite being notified on day 1 of our visit.
