Small House 'Grands Gites 16 Persons' with Private Terrace, Private Garden and Wi-Fi
On a 20-hectare farm property, our rural gites are former outbuildings that have been completely renovated and designed to offer places for rest and relaxation. They can be rented separately or as a group.
The rental for 16 people includes the "Oléron" and "Aix" gites, which can be rented together. They are classified as 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, ensuring quality and transparency.
Each rental consists of 3 bedrooms upstairs (2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and 2 single beds), a living-dining room with sofas and armchairs (TV, DVD player, internet connection), a fully equipped open kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer), a bathroom, a shower room (with washing machine and dryer), and 2 separate toilets. Bed linen (sheets and towels) as well as breakfast are available for an extra charge.
You will have a private outdoor parking space, a 1500 m² garden equipped with a children's swing set, a ping-pong table, a barbecue, a shared indoor pool, and garden furniture.
The heated, covered pool is accessible all year round and open from 9:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. It is secure and locked. Its shallow depth (1.20 m) prohibits diving. The private parking is located outside the gites area. A catering service is available on site. Pets are allowed under certain conditions. We ask you to respect quiet hours after 11:30 p.m. For your leisure, we offer activities such as ping-pong, Molkky, boules, trapeze and swing. We practice composting and waste sorting for an environmentally friendly stay.
