The countryside 55 minutes from PARIS - MONTPARNASSE, and the 24 HOURS 20 minutes. 7 kms north of MANS, 1.2 km from LA BAZOGE (all shops - lake), 5 kms from the AUCHAN shopping area and PARIS-NANTES-RENNES-ROUEN-TOURS-BORDEAUX motorway tolls. Old farm, completely renovated in 2012 by architect, 169 m2 of living space including parking and terrace, independent access, rural environment.
Ground floor: entrance, living room, 1 bedroom with access + shower room with access, fitted kitchen, TV, internet, wc. 1st floor: 4 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 160 cm bed with private shower room and wc, 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each bedroom and private shower room), exposed beams. Electric heating (package €15/day, from September 15 to April 15) in addition, to be paid on site if not subscribed when booking. Sheets included, beds made. Cleaning charge 80 euros extra. Private terrace with garden tables and armchairs. Barbecue. Open shed available.

Short trip with friends
The house is in a very quiet place, of course you need the car or bicycle to get to nearly shops, but they are just a couple of minutes distance. There are plenty of rooms, 5 showers and 3 toilets. The upper floor was a bit warm during night, but it was a very hot week. In general we are very satisfied and we will book there again in case of a new trip to that area.
