Superb location

The property was exactly as described. Everything you require for your stay is there. All you need to do is pack your own personal stuff and go! Plenty of space and a garage to use for our bikes and car. Once our car was in the garage it never came out until we left as you are so near everything including the train station. Owner was lovely, lives opposite and was very discreet. Great place to stay!

L'hote nous a prévenu de son absence, mais nous a donné toutes les indications pour prendre possesion du lieu. Par contre la non fourniture des draps est préjudiciable . D'autres sites de location les fournissent . Ce serait bon de rajouter cet élément et de donner également plus de précisions pratiques sur l'inventaire . Très bonne prestation propre et au calme

Très bon séjour dans une maison de ville idéalement située, en retrait du boulevard, près de la principale artère commerçante de La Baule et à environ 800 m de la plage centrale. Petit jardin agréable pour prendre les repas dehors. Place de parking communicante, bien pratique. Accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire.

Maison au calme au cœur du centre ville

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end. Hôte très agréable, disponible et au petit soin. Maison spacieuse et tranquille, petit espace extérieur sympathique et fleurie et garage fermé très appréciable, bon rapport qualité prix, cependant la moquette ancienne dans la salle d'eau et les mezzanines est limite, le supplément chauffage au mois de mai (que nous n'avons pas allumé) est tout de même à régler, le wifi à 1 ou 2 barres car trop loin de la box qui est dans la maison en face c'est dommage. Se renseigner avec l'hôte sur ce qu'il faut ramener car tout n'est pas bien détaillé dans l'annonce comme pas d'éponge, de produits ménager ni de torchon à disposition. A part quelques points négatifs tout c'est très bien passé.
