Everything was absolutely outstanding. From the onsite hiking, to the tea room, to the fitness facilities, to the ability to get a same day dining reservation at the most outstanding teppanyaki restaurant, everything was a standout. The room was very clean and large, the bathroom was well-appointed, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I look forward to being able to rerun!

The staff were responsive, welcoming, and very helpful. We felt taken care of the minute we set foot inside. Hotel amazingly clean and updated. The onsen was peaceful. The restaurant was incredible with views i will remember of kyoto. The location made travel easy, esp with the shuttle. We cannot wait to return!

Limited vegetarian options in the breakfast buffet. The vegetarian option in the all day dining were way too expensive and not tasty at all.

This is a great property, clean and big rooms. The bar is amazing. The staff and bartenders are awesome. I want to give a shoutout to Andrea who spent long time to help transport our luggage, and book a hotel when our hotel in next town got cancelled. He was super helpful, kind and did not stop helping until the issue was resolved. He deserves a raise. 😀
