One of the best hotels we stayed at in Japan. The front desk staff were so friendly, polite, and helpful. Truly exceptional service. The room was spotless, amenities were top quality, and the location was perfect. Also, the shampoo and conditioner were amazing, best I’ve ever used! I’d love to know the brand. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Japan!

We stayed here for 2 nights. It's a nice hotel with a 7 mins bus ride to the Kyoto station. 17 mins if you prefer to walk. The bus stop is 1 minute from the hotel. The hotel staffs are very friendly. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel.

What an amazing staff and service. The comfort was beyond expectations. The staff were exceptional. We checked in later during the night after their checkin period and we messaged the property stating the same, they stayed until we arrived and this was much appreciated. Highly recommend.

Pleasant place to stay

The location is quite good. The area is convenient to food options, a subway line, numerous temples, and Kyoto National Museum. It is walkable to Kyoto station, about 15 minutes, but there is a convenient bus too. Only disappointment was not being able to accommodate our son on fold out couch, as this is why we booked this room. Just not enough room to get to the bathroom during the night. Not too big a deal as son lives in Kyoto and this was just for convenience. The walls are thin but the room was clean and the kitchen a plus.

Very nice stay with easy access to Shichijo station. Location is excellent to reach Kyoto station, many temples and shrines, Gion as well other shopping areas. Room with kitchen and washer is very small. Muffled conversations next door can be heard through the walls. Staff are excellent and very helpful. Thank you for a very nice stay.

Property is super cute and super clean. The reception was very helpful and let us check in early after a long day of hauling our luggage from train to train. Rooms are very big and we had a washer in the room. We also had a stove top, big fridge, and a MICROWAVE, this was the only hotel that had one and we stayed in 4 different hotels during our 2 week trip in japan.

The property is clean and the staff were very friendly. The hotel has been only open for 6 months. It was a nice studio apartment. Enough room for my partner and I.The hotel is down a narrow clean street. We were unsure where we were going when the taxi brought us to the hotel. If you take a taxi from the Kyoto station make sure you have the address written in Japanese. It is walkable to Family Mart, the bus and subway.
