The hotel was fine-room was small but clean. Staff was accommodating but not super helpful. The restaurant was ok but very booked up at night-not allowing us to dine there without reservation

The hotel was beautiful. It was in a great location, walking distance to all major locations and train stations! The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and very spacious! It was also very very clean which we loved! The snack area for guests in the basement wloorwas also a great touch! We didn't get to eat at the restaurant located inside the hotel but it seemed busy and always smelled like amazing food!

We stayed in the Premier Twin room and really enjoyed it. The cast iron bath was unusual and a little cramped but a very novel experience. The coffee station was really unique and some of the best coffee we’ve drunk in Japan. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

This was a fantastic hotel at a very good price. We could easily walk to the markets and into Gion but also super quickly were at the main station - so perfect for travellers like us who were day tripping as well as exploring Kyoto!

I have stayed here multiple times, and will continue to every time I come back. Incredible staff, gorgeous hotel, and the on site restaurant is incredible for dinner, and even a good breakfast buffet. But honestly tbe dinner menu rivals anywhere else in Osaka, and I am a professional food traveler(and 30 year veteran chef from Hawai'i). Check out pictures...

The experience here was awesome. Location was great. Room was small but I think thats the norm in Japan. Gym was really great. Onsen was perfect, it was so cold in Kyoto and the onsen was open every night till 1 am so coming back to warm up there was the best. Breakfast was very good.

Room was spacious and clean. Public bath is a plus point of this hotel. Our room was facing main road and the fire station but throughout our 5 nights, it was very quiet. Hotel is next to the station which makes it convenient to get to may attractions. There’s a good variety of dining options from affordable to high end.
