Todo muy bien y casi a estrenar. Buena ubicaciĆ³n. Hubiese estado mejor si el check-in se hubiera podido hacer en el mismo hotel y no en otro sitio.

Perfect, basically own spacious apartment with hotel service. We stayed for 5 nights, 3 day clean up. You can always for extra amenities, Superb location.

This was one of our favorite stays in Japan. Our room was clean, organized and a great size! The beds were super comfy and we had great sleeps. The area is quiet and is close to a quaint river. We used their luggage delivery service as we arrived in Kyoto before check in. Their office is about a 5 minute walk from Kyoto station, and you can drop your luggage off and they will deliver it to your hotel. This allowed us to enjoy the day without our luggage before our check in! We would recommend this place to anyone staying in Kyoto.

The location is truly excellent ā€” the metro is just 1 minute away, several bus lines are nearby, and itā€™s easy to walk to most central attractions. The room itself was spacious, though the furniture felt a bit dated. The washing machine was very handy during our 11-day stay, and the air conditioning worked well. The kitchen, however, was only minimally stocked. A real highlight was the Customer Service Center near JR Kyoto: we were able to check in there, leave our luggage, and have it delivered to the room well before the official check-in time. This service made arrival smooth and stress-free. The main downside was the poor sound insulation. If youā€™re a light sleeper, be sure to request Level 3. We stayed on Level 2 and unfortunately had several noisy and unpleasant nights.

God og rolig beliggenhed i flotte omgivelser

Rigtigt godt hotel/lejlighed i et smukt og roligt omrĆ„de. Hotellet lĆ„ ud til en lille kanal, med piletrƦer. Der var flot og tƦt pĆ„ lĆ„ en overdƦkket butiks/spisegade, sĆ„ man kunne gĆ„ i lĆ„ for regn og sol til metroen og busserne rundt i byen. VƦrelset havde to store og gode senge, med aircondition. Herudover var der kĆøleskab, el-kedel, mikrooven samt kogeplade. Service var minimalt kun til 4 personer. Kun et bord med 2 stole, men kan rykkes rundt sĆ„ 2 sidder pĆ„ sengen (hvis man er familie pĆ„ 4). Vaskemaskine samt badevƦrelse der kan fungere som tĆørreskab, perfekt nĆ„r man er pĆ„ rundrejse i Japan.

Best walking location to see and do everything I wanted to in Gion and surrounds. Will return to stay here! My only dislike is that the male receptionist told me that there was no hotel phone he could use to help me call to change my flight :(

VERY loud. Ground floor room. You hear constant noise from guest above you and on the side of you. You sleep when they go to sleep and you wake when they wake up. The place seemed great until 4 am the first morning when the upstairs guest woke up. It was jarring to say the least how there was no sound proofing and every step they took or every door they closed was a loud boom. We alerted the staff (which we never do) and they actually came in the room and heard the noise and agreed with us. By the time we went to confirm our move the next day (and packing up to do so) we were told we could not be moved. We looked at other places to move to but held out hope that it was just a loud guest. It was not the guest but the building itself. If you are given a ground floor room do not accept it unless you donā€™t mind a lot of noise.

Central NY comes to Kyoto.

Our stay was wonderful. Everybody was very welcoming and helpful. The location was perfect for what we wanted. Located in a quiet neighborhood with access to lots of shrines, temples, restaurants, subway, grocery store. The soaking tub and the washing machine were really nice amenities, and the heated toilet seat sold us on the whole deal.The only real issues were the security light kept going on and off because it was motion sense and there wasnā€™t any way to stop that so every time we moved it went on. Also the TV was in a very difficult situation to be able to use given the layout of the room. And lastly, there was no sitting area or small couch. But we did have two large beds in the room and otherwise everything was absolutely stunningly perfect.
