朝食が価格の割に不味過ぎた。 それで笑顔になれる朝食とは皮肉も良いところ。 絶対に行かない方がいい。 救われたのはスタッフの方が親切なところ。

We had a fantastic stay here recently. The staff were wonderful and were able to help us send our luggage to our next hotel. We utilised the in room massage service which was fantastic and good value. The free shuttle bus to and from the hotel from the train station was also a bonus! It would be good if they added a stop to the Nishiki Market to the shuttle service as it is quite a long walk into the main market and shopping district.

I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is quiet and clean and has plenty of fast elevators. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

The hotel is nice and spacious. However, no convenient stores or shops nearby except when you take the hotel shuttle mini bus to Kyoto Station which runs 2 times per hour. During certain hours, there might not be space on the shuttle bus to and from Kyoto Station. Be prepare to take taxis.
