Very nice hotel. Clean and quiet. With hotel shuttle bus, it is very convenient to get the hotel from Kyoto Station. Very friendly staff.

Very good breakfast options and staff are all incredibly polite and welcoming right from the moment you arrive. Room was spacious and clean and I enjoyed my stay for a few days.

The room was very clean and the staff was amazing at helping me with any problems I had. It was also super convenient with the shuttle bus to Kyoto Station, which made getting around really easy. On top of that, the hotel had a very calm and comfortable vibe, which I really appreciated after long days out exploring. Everything felt well-maintained and taken care of.

Hotel is excellent. They have a shuttle that runs on schedule to get you to Kyoto station and from Kyoto station back to the hotel. Breakfast buffet is a 10/10. Restaurant has a souvenir shop, bar, restaurant, gym, spa service. A definite stay if you’re looking to be in Kyoto and travel sometimes to Osaka. Price is decent too. Hotel staff are well trained and go over and beyond for hotel guests. Will definitely be coming back
