Kind, friendly helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast buffet with large selection of Japanese and American style. Very clean room with excellent amenities including robe provided, quiet fridge, electric kettle and charging station. Efficient AC. Super cleaning service. Laundry facility was very appreciated. It’s located only a few mins walking away from Kyoto station, room is modern and compact, you can get your packeted drip coffee at the lobby before you take the elevator. Wish the TV has some English channels
