The host was very friendly and responsive. The house was excellent and well furnished. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and had plenty of room for parking and games to play in the house. It worked perfectly for our occasion.

Our trip experience

We visit San Marcos once every year and I would have to say this year’s stay has been the best so far! Our host was very good GREAT communication from start their home was very good to us, it was very clean, and organized. neighborhood was pleasant and peaceful. We will be back next year

Clean and Comfortable

We were in town to visit my son and his wife, the host was very attentive to our questions- check in and check out went very smoothly! The house is very clean and comfortable. A great space to spend time with family inside or outside. The location was close to all of our favorite spots: Austin, Wimberley, and Buda. We will save this home as one of our favorites to stay in.

Great Home

The hosts were gracious and prompt in all communication. They accommodated us last minute. The house is beautiful, plush in design and comfort. We had a very enjoyable and restful time in their home.

Perfect

Location, space, cleanliness and communication was perfect for me and my family of 12. Great place to hang out and relax or nice short drive to go out. I hosted a small dinner after my daughter’s wedding and the back yard was perfect for it. I would recommend this place!!!!!

Modern comfortable home

Stayed in Kyle to be close to a family celebration. The home was clean and comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. There is a big deck and yard and the garage is a nice game room. Kitchen reasonably well equipped if you like to cook.

Weekend family get away

I would like to say thank you so much for the perfect place to stay !!! My niece was getting married and we needed the perfect place to host the family meals. This house was made for entertaining and made it comfortable for all to gather . We so enjoyed the outdoor sitting area as well as the game room . I was especially impressed with how clean it was and the nice extra touches that you don’t usually find in rental properties. The neighborhood was adorable and nice to walk around. Definitely would give it five stars ! Wendy M .

Great for Families

My family enjoyed the open areas with large dining table both inside and outside on the patio. The master bedroom was especially nice. There is a nice walking path that begins just a few houses away. The garage also has great entertainment--darts, foosball, pool. I was taken aback at being charged an extra $40 per guest for more than 6 guests when the house sleeps ten. I have never had this happen before.

Great home in a quiet neighborhood

Carmen provided excellent instructions for check-in, parking, etc. The home was very well appointed, beautifully decorated, and clean. The neighborhood was very quiet, and we enjoyed our stay.

Nice place, nice neighborhood

The owners are great communicators. The house is very clean, neat, we’ll furnished, and perfect for a family to gather for a few days. The outdoor area is spacious and very nice, too. They have a nicely furnished deck and a fire pit area, too. Great rental if you need accommodations in that area.

Excellent Host and Location

House was very nice and accommodating for our 8 person group. Enough room to roam and right in between Austin and San Antonio. We went golfing at Plum Creek which was great and also went tubing for 2 days in San Marcos. Very quiet neighborhood and just an overall great Experience. You will not be disappointed staying here. Tom was also great the whole time.
