The apartment was lovely , very nice location just the initial finding the apartment was a nightmare . We did not receive the message where to collect the keys so had to search the city for offices to collect them ( a good 2 minute walk from our apartment with luggage )

As with every apartment block in Ukraine the outside can be very off-putting if you not expecting itbut apt perfectly nice. Couple of very minor issues - not yet found a shower in Ukraine with a shelf in it for shampoo, shower gel, etc., and am getting to old to keep bending down in a wet slippery shower. Very limited cooking ability for an apartment but you are in centre of Kiev so lots of options open to youfor eating out (budget allowing) and suspect one of the double glazing pains may need some attention (condensation on it in mornings) so may be a bit cold in middle of winter. No onsite parking (& parking in Kiev is a nightmare so not ideal if you planning on having a car while in Kiev)

Fair price and great location

Since there was but only 1 other review of this hotel, I wanted to give equal justice. The only negative point was of the location of receiving the key. My Fiance had made a call a few days ahead of our arrival to confirm our dates as requested by the Apt. staff. In an alley that was controlled by a watchman made the location of the Apartment feel safer. Great location to the Metro station and other good quality cafe's and other shops. The room was recently remodeled and look to be in good shape as the photos indicated. The bed was comfortable and everything in the place was clean and up to date. Entrance to the Apartment was a little difficult as we had to remember a sequence of 4 digits code to gain access. The room was on the 9th floor and the elevator worked without problems. Quiet surroundings from other tenants were appreciated and the overall atmosphere was good. I would stay here again as the price was fair compared to the locations in the area. I would recommend this Apartment for future stays. Gerald from the U.S.

Good location, accurate pictures

We stayed at Studiosvit Design on 2 Esplanadna street. The pictures are accurate and we had a good stay. If you don't have anyone speaking the language with you I see why it could be different to get the key. Since I did that part went smooth as well. The location of the apartment is really central. Near the metro and the Gulliver shopping mall with a Grocery store open 24/7. The negatives would be running out of hot water rather quick. Two people showering is tight. The kitchen is small but it has the most basic things. The communication was very good with the owners and they spoke english very well.

Svært at finde hvor man skulle afhente nøglen

Skulle 2 steder rundt i byen for at få nøglen, første sted skulle de tá kopi af ens pas næste sted som lå 4 km væk skulle nøglen hentes og derfra lå lejligheden 500 m væk i en baggård havde aldrig fundet stedet hvis ikke en ung mand hjalp os..... der står intet om hvor lejligheden er.
