Cozy and spacious apartment in a semi-detached house on peaceful location. Services of Ruka ski resort and ski slopes are within 10 min driving distance. Lighted road from Rukajärventie-road to the cottage yard. Facilities like ski trail (700 m) and husky farm (2 km) are nearby. Possibility to rent a rowing boat to the shore of nearby Pyhäjärvi for an additional fee of 70 e / week, reservations through a cottage caretaker.
20 km to the north from Kuusamo, Ruka 7 km, lake Pyhäjärvi 700 m.
Two-storey apartment on the other side of the semi-detached house, built in 2011.
On the ground floor, lobby, living room with a sofa bed, bedroom: 2 beds á 80x200 cm (connected together but can be separated), utility room, washroom+WC, electric sauna, separate WC, large kitchen with dining table for 8 persons, two terraces.
On the upper floor, two bedrooms, one with double bed and single bed (80x200 cm), another bedroom with 2 beds á 80x200 cm (connected together but can be separated), a sofa bed in the lobby, WC. There's also baby cot.
Final cleaning is included in all reservations made on or after February 7, 2025 (available for an additional fee for reservations made before that date).
Hydro massage bath outdoors next to the terrace; can be rented for extra price for 1-3 day bookings or for 4-7 day bookings (rented for entire stay). Please note that the outdoor hot tub is maintained with chemicals. If customer leaves the pool so dirty that the water has to be changed after the customer, the customer will be billed about 250 euros afterwards.
