Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Although the cabin is showing its age it is a good standard. Staff were really helpful especially when I needed to move the date by a day. Lovely welcome on arrival so I will be back
The cabin I stayed in had a faulty keylock and the sliding door didn't work well - was difficult to lock and unlock.
The pillows were really old and uncomfortable, there was not liquid or cake soap in bathroom, the TV remote didn't work and the microwave clock light shone directly onto my bed all night.
Very uncomfortable experience and I would not stay there again or recommend to anyone.
Very nice park, stairs to unit were a bit hard to get up( bad knees)
No working drier, washing machine & clothes line was good. Pool was lovely. Staff were friendly & helpful.
Kitchen was great.

Dont stay here! Their are much better options
Cabins are in shocking condition, run down heaps of junk.
This was such a disappointment for our week long stay.
Everything was old and barely working if at all. I fell down their broken steps. The cabin is badly water damaged and the park managers just shrugged their shoulders....
And to make it worse, it is not sold as budget pricing!

Disliked: Cleanliness
Okay for stopover a night at inland
It was okay, the room needs lots of TCL though. The bathroom was dirty, I guess it’s not room cleaners issues it’s because the bathroom is so dated and hard to clean those old calcificated stains. it’s comfortable enough bed, clean towels/sheets. Possibly still over average condition and normal enough price in the inner west/inland. Really can’t compare to those nicer and cheaper accommodations on east coast. So you might feel more satisfied if you don’t have too high expectations at inland.
Good location. Friendly, helpful staff. Nicely planted grounds. Large and comfortable accommodation, one of the largest bathrooms we have had in caravan parks and all at a reasonable cost.
We booked and stayed at Ivanhoe on our way south to Perth. Our night involved staying in a room that hadn't been cleaned for a while as well as having no TV reception, (understand that staffing and low season conditions were applicable at the time), we all had a decent nights sleep though. If you are looking for a quick night stop over and aren't too worried about the finer details for absolute luxury this will suit your needs, especially if you have a larger family of 5 or more.
We booked ahead (and paid for) a night on our return leg from Perth. At the time of our trip the Kimberly was in flood and we were advised to push on from Kununarra in order to beat flood waters to the east, especially after just avoiding flooding at Fitzroy River on our way to Kununarra. We rang the hotel at 10am on the day of our stay to advise of our intent to keep going on our trip, there was no answer so we left a message and continued our drive.
We have been advised that we will not get any part of a refund due to the late cancellation. This is disappointing as this particular matter was not in our control.
What made this more disappointing was that we had a similar situation at Broome (Billi Resort) and we had to cancel at even shorter notice and the Billi Resort staff couldn't have been more supportive of our situation.
Really appreciate the little things like your room being cool because staff turn on the aircon for you. Also ensuring you booked the right type of room for you and your family.
