The staff have an excellent customer service. The hotel is very close to everything like 3-5mins walk to Kumagaya Station and the malls are also next to each other. There is even a Wagyu Place just next to the hotel. I will definitely book again in the near future. I have so much positive things to say but ill stop right here 😁

2nd-time Toyoko guest

I stayed in a Toyoko Inn in another city in Saitama before so I was glad to stay here again. This hotel was also very clean and new looking, but I wasn't offered a bathrobe or any amenities from the front desk like the previous hotel. I really liked the holiday flower arrangements in the lobby and entrance way. It was also easy to find from the train station. I also chose the hotel because of it's breakfast so it was a little disappointing that it was pre-packaged in take-out containers and not as good as the previous hotel's, but its understandable due to Covid.

窓が大きいから冷気が伝わって来るのかと思っていたら、窓が完全に閉まってなく、開いていた。道理で寒いはず。運悪く寒波がきているタイミングで体調を崩しました。宿泊した301だけでなく、同行者の201も同様でした。もし、窓を開けておくのがデフォルトなら、チェックインの時に一言かけて欲しかったです。

車は入り口入ってすぐ左側にある機械式の立体駐車場に停めることになる。 停める前に荷物や同乗者は先に車から出しておくのが良い。 車は真っ直ぐ入れないといけないのだが、切り返せるスペースが少ないため、大きめの車は多少手こずる可能性がある。 ここには専任の駐車場係の人がいるため、全て指示通りに動かせば問題ない。 車内への忘れ物にはくれぐれも注意したい。
