Das Sofa war leider sehr unbequem und dieTreppeist ziemlich steil. Ansonsten war alles super...
Das Ferienhaus ist super schön gelegen. Etwas raus aus dem Trubel, aber mit dem Fahrrad, wenn man möchte innerhalb kürzester Zeit wieder mitten drin.

Sehr schönes, modern eingerichtetes Haus!
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle Räume sind schön und modern eingerichtet. Die Bäder sehr geschmackvoll renoviert, die Küche schick und mit hochwertigen Geräten (Miele) ausgestattet. Ausreichend Geschirr, Töpfe usw. vorhanden. Ein Highlight ist die überdachte Terrasse! Groß und mit einem Tisch und 6 Stühlen ausgestattet.
Man ist in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand, in 5 Minuten beim nächsten Supermarkt.
Es gibt nur zwei Dinge, die nicht sooo toll waren: Erstens die furchtbare Treppe! Sehr schmale Stufen wie eine Raumspartreppe und gewunden. Schon gesund eine Herausforderung - ist man gehbehindert oder einfach etwas älter wird es schwierig! Zweitens das nur sehr sporadisch vorhandene WLAN. Wie wir erfahren haben, ist das aber wohl in ganz Kühlungsborn ein Problem. Also auf genügend freie GB Datennutzung achten!
Aber alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft in Kühlungsborn!

Wohlfühlferien
Wir haben uns in dem Haus und auf dessen Veranda sehr wohl gefühlt. Es liegt in einem ruhigen Einfamilienhausquartier. Seine Lage eignet sich sehr gut als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung, zu Fuss, per Fahrrad oder per Auto.

4 Sterne mit kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlägen
Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, hochwertige Küche. Lage etwas außerhalb, aber man kann fussläufig in 10-15 Minuten Edeka, Gastronomie und Strand erreichen.
Folgendes haben wir vermisst:
Auflagen für die Stühle auf dem Balkon
Kleiderbügel in den Schränken (3 Stück sind doch sehr wenig)
Kleiderhaken an den Wänden in den Schlafräumen
Telefonliste mit wichtigen Rufnummern (Arzt, Apotheke, Krankenhaus, Taxi usw.)
Beschreibung für die Fernbedienung (Fernseher/Radio), wer technisch versiert ist, kommt klar, Programme sind nicht sortiert.
Leider waren die Batterien für die Fernbedienung, sowie für die Wanduhr fast leer und wir mussten neue kaufen.
Beim reinigen der Wohnung sollte auch mal an nicht so leicht zugänglichen Stellen geschaut werden ( Staubschicht auf der oberen Leiste des Badezimmerspiegels, unter den Sofas), ansonsten war es o.k.
Wir haben schöne, vor allem sonnige Tage verlebt und können es nur weiter empfehlen, wenn auch die kleinen "Mängel" beseitigt werden.

Sehr schönes und hochwertig eingerichtetes Ferienhaus
An dem Ferienhaus gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Es ist sehr schön und hochwertig eingerichtet. Vor allem die Küche hat es uns besonders angetan. Was es zu bemängeln gebe, wäre das es nur eine Kuscheldecke😉 gibt und leider im ganzen Haus kein Besen und keine Schere zu finden gewesen ist.
