I stay with my family and two kids. Too many maosquitos because the hotel is just beside a big rubbish bin. It also dont have appropriate parking. The drench beside the hotel is dirty and stagnant. Thats why lots of mosquitoes. My kids got rashes here and there due to maosquitoes bite. I really not recommend for trip purpose. Just for some emergency unplan trip in the middle of the night maybe. Advise hotel to take the pest control for customer satisfaction. Thanks.

Cons: the web mentioned there is a lift but I did not see it. It was challenging for me to climb up and down the stairs to my room. Shower was not very enjoying as it was fixed up over head and we cannot control to get hotter water. Pros: Location is good, breakfast was fine. Especially thanks to the Chinese senior man whom we chat with during breakfast on our third day. Upon knowing where we wanted to go, he have intro us another app which charges cheaper than Grab and even helped to call for the car, save us alot when using the other option. He was so helpful that on the day we depart, he even helped us call for the car and waved goodbye. Such a nice elder man.

This is a new hotel. Price is reasonable. They give limited choice for breakfast. We had nasi lemak n fried meehoon. Food is ok. Location is within walking distance to all attraction. But walking at night is a bit uncomfortable cos its a bit diserted n dark. Grab is easy to get.

PESSIMO COMPORTAMENTO. INAFFIDABILI E DISONESTI. Il giorno prima dell'arrivo li ho avvisati che il volo da KL sarebbe arrivato in ritardo all'una di notte. MI hanno risposto con una mail automatica dicendo che il check in chiudeva a mezzanotte e hanno unilateralmente CANCELLATO LA MIA PRENOTAZIONE, ADDEBITANDOMI IL COSTO DELLA CAMERA! Non posso dare una valutazione sull'hotel, ma questo è più che sufficiente per farlo evitare da tutti!
