The room has NO hand towel always. the lighting is too DARK in the room, so, can not work inside the room. I requested the receiption to change room type from twin single bed to 1 King size bed room if available. They refused or rejected my request even just checking the room availability. They keep saying they just prepared based on my request room. It’s NOT Highly Recommended this hotel to other guests.
