Honestly this place is a poor choice for hotel with a huge eheck in fee in an area where this is very little shops so beware that the reception is not that helpful honestly I won't be back here again

The hotel staff makes you feel welcome and takes care of your every convenience. This was my 3rd reservation with Eastin and hope to visit again. The private cigar lounge is a rare addition to the already great location.

The room is cosy n clean upon entry. Noticed that there was no hand towel, water temp was not consistent hence difficult to bathe properly esp when there is kid, found stuff left by prev customers under the bed which was not cleared. Parking was not free, need to pay a charge of MYR3. Was also informed to pay MYR10 upon check-in for malaysia tax.

The property is older, but very well maintained. Just a very clean and classy environment. The staff are very well trained, friendly and helpful. The property is close to public transportation and several shopping malls. Overall, a really nice staycation.
