The amenities were very poor, and we had to report issues every day during our stay. Basic facilities were not properly maintained, which made the experience frustrating. Breakfast options were extremely limited, and there was no juice or milk available for kids. Overall, the lack of proper amenities and attention to guest needs made the stay disappointing.

A lovely residence in central KLCC location. A short walk from all the hustle and bustle. Excellent stay. Check in process (especially if you are driving in) was a breeze. Front gate staff gave clear instructions on where to go and what to expect during the process. Watch out though if you are coming in on a Friday. There’s a street food fair that takes some careful manoeuvring and patience on your part.
