Absolutely 0 amenities in the room. Not even hand soap. The on site store was closed so we couldnt buy anything either. Had to travel by train to a bearbetning city. We got 2 rolls of toilet paper in the house for a 3 day visit with 6 people. The floors weren’t cleaned.

The amenities are superb! We enjoyed our stay and will be coming back. 2 things that need to improve though, the shuttle bus which brings us to our accommodation, can it be more frequently(its running every 30mins and always full). Another thing is the waiting tent for the shuttle bus, can it be covered rather than just a tent. It was so windy all throughout our stay and everybody are so cold.

Very busy yet accommodating nonetheless (once you get past the queue :). Really safe and nice feeling for a family trip! We staid in the houses on site - that on its own an adventure :) Also, food and drinks need a separate mentioning - fantastic and we are picky eaters.

What I liked: I loved everything about the property! It had a great layout, spacious rooms, and a lovely outdoor area. Our second time there and it was as good as we remembered. Very relaxing with the kids fully occupied all the time. Thought it very good value for money. The only small criticism is that the food at the buffet seemed to have more choice and variety the last time we were there.

Accomodation was clean and nice.Bed was comfortable. Shuttle to the waterpark and train station was a great help. The shuttle delays sometimes.A toaster and fan would have been good in the apartment and a microwave It was warm during our stay for a few days and there was no A/c or air-condition so couldn't sleep properly. Also,didn't sleep well on our first night due to noisy and inconsiderate neighbours who decided to shout and play music at 1am which was very annoying. The changing room at the waterpark could do with regular cleaning. Overall we had a good stay.

Disappointing Stay for the Price

We stayed at the AMAZONIA House Standard in Tropical Islands Resort for 2 nights, and it was a disappointing experience, especially considering the price in hundreds of euros per night. There were no toiletries provided, no clear instructions for check-in, and the hairdryer didn’t work. The house had very minimal amenities overall. For what we paid, we expected something better.

Really enjoyed our mini break. Although many speak minimal English, Staff really helpful and will direct you to senior multilingual staff! Food was great. Dome obviously warm with tropical temperatures. External pool at the Amazonia was fun. I felt relaxed. Accommodation clean and homey! Bed and pillows should be updated to make it comfortable! Overall I will definitely go back. I will rate it very good!

mixed feelings

Tropical Islands offers an exciting experience, particularly recommended for families with children. However, be prepared for semi-stressed employees, subpar food, and a fair amount of inconsiderate parents along with a relatively large group of unruly children. We spent three days there and, overall, we were pleased with the experience, but we were also relieved to escape the hustle and bustle in the end.
