This property should be ashamed! Bed - broken! Literally! Took me complaining to Expedia and stalker calling for them to answer the phone. Shower - clogged with water spilling into the bathroom. 2 crappy pillows. When I asked for additional they exchanged the crappy 2 for 2 new crappy ones. I asked for extra not an exchange. After all my calls to the host, while sick, someone finally answered and initially tried to passing the buck and not dealing with my concerns of a broken bed frame and flooding shower. After pressing it was dealt with by someone coming to fix the bed and a plumber coming to deal with the shower. What a sh*t show. Would NOT recommend! Save your money and stress. There are better places to stay.

The room was wonderful. It was so nice to have free laundry facilities in the middle of an extended vacation. Very close to Old Town Krakow so convenient and easily walkable. Highly recommend!

Not one to leave a bad review but objectively this place stinks. (Apartment 5A). On arrival there was a foul smell from the bathroom that could be smelt throughout the whole apartment block. We complained about this twice and whilst efforts were made to try and clean the bathroom, the matter was not resolved which made us feel really sick. As this was an apartment and not hotel, there was no housekeeping whatsoever (which I did expect) despite a few visits to the room to try and fix issues. We were also without hot water for one of the mornings and had to wait until the evening to shower which was an inconvenience. The bed was also right next to the kitchenette which had a really loud fridge which buzzed all night long. Whilst this didn’t bother me, it kept my boyfriend up all night. Other minor issues were identified but also not resolved fully such as a flickering spotlight and a faulty TV which was the least of our worries. Only positive was the location which was right next to the train station and old town. Despite the issues, compensation was refused.

The place was centrally located (literally few minutes walk from Glowny Central train station), and same for old town..few minutes walk and you are there! Thank goodness it had aircon..as it was hot during our visit and we'd have melted away if we'd not had that! Overall good stay and good property to stay in with a basic kitchen for those who want to cook, and get by (but who wants to cook when on holiday?). St.Florian team was communicative and kept us updated prior to arrival and also on our day to arrive (with information on how to access the property (we arrived later in the evening).

Loved location, a few minutes walk to old town but quiet. Ground coffee and fridge freezer, microwave and hob with extractor all in good condition. Apartment was clean so were bedding and towels. Patio onto courtyard was great for morning coffee or relaxing after busy day.

お部屋も綺麗で暖房も良く効く部屋で非常に快適でした。クラクフ中央駅からも非常に近く、どこに行くのも便利な場所でした。 荷物も24時間預けることができるロッカーもあり、便利でした。 ただし、エージェントのやりとりに難がありましたので、改善をお願いしたいです。メールのシステムエラーが原因のようですが、当日になっても部屋の暗証番号などの重要な情報が送られて来ず、困りました。

Séjour parfait!

Séjour parfait. L appartement est extrêmement bien situé, proche de la vieille ville et de la gare ferroviaire et de la gare routière Tout était en très bon état et propre. Les consignes pour arriver dans l appartement étaient claires et le propriétaire a toujours été disponible et nous a régulièrement demandé des nouvelles lors de notre séjour pour s assurer que tout allait bien. Je ne peux que recommander cet hébergement
