This was the best hotel we have ever stayed in for many reasons, excellent location, beautiful hotel, great breakfast, clean & comfy suite, but most of all the staff, second to none! The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We had a day tour booked which was cancelled at short notice, guest manager Krzysztof arranged tickets for us and saved the day. They also surprised us with a bottle of champagne on my birthday ☺ Another shout out to Konrad at the front desk for arranging taxi's, giving us tips and advice. I have never been so sad to leave a hotel

Bit shocked with 5 star rating, staff were pleasant enough without being friendly and great, beds uncomfortable, shower poor pressure, toiletries poor quality and food (one breakfast we did do) was inedible, laughably stated French cuisine, don’t let the French know! Stayed in a lot of 5 star and this was no more than what you would expect from a 3 star.

Excellent location, close to everything: old town, train station, nice large quiet room, friendly reception staff accommodated our request for higher floor room; however, room service was not good: for the four nights stand vanity kit was provided only twice, when asked about it staff apologies, promised to bring it, but never did. The carpet floor in the room was not vacuum cleened for at least the last two days of my stay (after I noticed a piece of garbage in the middle of the room and remained there until my checkout. Asked for a hotel concierge recommendation for a barber shop, and he promised to get back to me with recommendations but never did. This is definitely a 5-star hotel service.
