Most of the rooms in this hotel do not have a window and only have skylights. Most of the receptionists I met were really unfriendly and unhelpful. When I complained about the room, he said, “May be next time you have to book another hotel in Krakow.” Very good advice, I will do exactly that.

Lovely looking hotel but a total let-down.

Went for a four day visit to the city. Unfortunately on the first day my wife stood on smashed glass that was in our room and missed by the cleaner. This did not go down well and put a downer on the hotel overall. But we carried on. Next day was fine. Weather great for exploring. We woke up for a shower the next morning and there was no hot water. The hotel tried to tell us that it was all over the city. It wasnt. Every cafe and restaurant still had lovely hot water so we went back and complained again. The staff smirked and admitted it was their boiler and it would be done that day. It wasnt. We finally had hot water again just before we left on the last morning. The hotel offered a refund of two nights. Unfortunately i do not believe we have received it.

We liked this property very much. It was in an ideal location with the town walkable in one direction and the Jewish area in the other. There was a supermarket opposite for anything we needed. Having said that, drinks and snacks in the minibar were very reasonably priced. Staff at reception were very friendly and accommodating. The only feedback we can give is that the room lacked a full length mirror and we missed the cleaning a couple of days because we were in the room late afternoon with do not disturb on our door. Perhaps cleaning could be done a little earlier. Thank you for a great stay. If we were to return to the area we would definitely stay again.

Absolutely fantastic apartment in this Aparthotel with amazing breakfast. Location was lovely and quiet and so close to the old town of Krakow. A couple of shops very close to get any beers or snacks. Super friendly and helpful staff, always got a taxi in a couple of minutes.

Pedal bin in bathroom broken. Refreshments too fancy and Coffee machine instructions were non existent. Simple 2 in 1 coffee sachets would have sufficed!

Lovely quirky apartments which was comfortable and clean. Was advised we had to pay additional money at check-in for a 3rd bed despite booking for a family of 3 on hotels.com. Not impressed. Air con in the room also didn’t work

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Freshly decorated, spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds. The breakfast offers everything you can think of: cold meat and cheese, cooked breakfast, salads, pickles, serials, yogurts, hunney straight from honeycomb, 3 types of artisan jam (NOT in mini plastic containers) l, selection of bread and cakes, 3 or 4 juices, tea, coffe, mulled wine! In the room there are tea/coffee making facilities with complimentary freshly ground coffe, tea, coffee pods, water bottles. There are utensils in the cupboard if you would like to cook, hob and fridge. The hotel is 20min walk from the train station, 5 min walk from the Old Town and 10 min walk from Jewish Quoter. We have not used transport at all and walked everywhere. There are plenty of restaurants and shops around. The area is very safe. Highly reccomended! It is a fantastic value for money!

The Ventus Rosa was extremely clean, modern and well-equipped with everything you may need, including speciality coffee making facilities in the bedroom, complimentary water (still and sparkling), a stocked fridge with drink and food items that were chargeable. There were two coffee machines with complimentary ground and pod coffee provided. The small kitchenette had pans, crockery, glasses and cutlery, all of which were spotless. Every member of staff was excellent, especially Veronica on Reception who went over and above to ensure our happiness. The pleasant walk to the city centre took less than ten minutes. We will definitely stay again and can highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Overall, a good stay. For us, breakfast wasn't as good as other reviewers said, but it was good enough. I guess a lot will be down to personal preference. Great location, near the centre but nice and quiet. Great size room. Helpful staff.

Had a great stay at the Ventus Rosa. It’s a small hotel so it’s very quiet, and our room was very spacious and clean. Walking distance to old town and the main square, as well as a park. Just off a Main Street so if you have a car you’ll be able to get to your destinations quickly. Front desk was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again

Hotel room was fine, beds very firm, fridge leaking and small. Parking is non-existent and you're given the option to pay to park several blocks away in a lot down a back alley. Would have been nice to know about the road closures during our stay which limited street parking even more

Fantastic value for money

This a great hotel. Well positioned just outside the old city but only 10 minutes away from the central square. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The staff very helpful and the breakfast excellent.
