They need better communication to emails. We email them twice about transportation, and they never responded back. Other than that, this place is an excellent place to stay at.

The property has 1 pool, no hot tub or 2nd pool, which was filled with algae. The room was in an unused or older part of hotel. The beds were a sheet over plywood, worst beds we slept in all of Thailand. The breakfast was nothing much and they only made 1 pot of drip coffee, if it ran out good luck. There was 1 pillow per bed and 1 towel, nothing more. The lights by beds were non-existent or not working. No help from front desk at anytime to sort out complaints. Dont waste your time or money here, much nicer and cheaper places in Ao Nang. It was the worst hotel in all the 10 different ones we visited during our trip. Zero stars. We checked out early and moved to a much better hotel.

Great location just off the main road. Quiet and peaceful. Beautiful views of the cliff. Very friendly and helpful team at reception. Breakfast is fine. Remodeled rooms are nice. Two pools to choose from.

A really green and nice place

We realt enjoyed the peaceful grounds and surroundings at Green View. It is a bit away from the beach but the free transfer helps. We rented mopeds because it gives us more flexibility.

Unbelievably good pools - especially the colder one even my husband went in (he thinks it’s ozonated). He hasn’t been in a pool for 15 years but I couldn’t get him out of this one. Great staff, lovely rooms, lovely grounds, good food. Highly highly recommend.

Wonderful Garden Resort

Amazing garden setting.Lovely staff.lovely breakfast buffet, beautiful view from pool,rooms cleaned every day and tip top clean. It is the most relaxing garden area in ao nang. Super resort with many different type of rooms. The only thing that would stop you from having a relaxed stay is People bringing their loud/crying and screeching toddlers on vacation 😂

Visually pleasing and beautiful landscaping

As lovely as the place looks the experience is quite different. Room was dirty with condom wrappers near the bed. When room was serviced our cups were just rinsed and put back. The juice residue was still on the bottom of the glasses. On our last day our trash wasn't even removed. The staff were very nice but I would NOT recommend the cleaning staff. As said before the place is visually stunning but everything else was so so.

The hotel has 2 lovely pool areas and is close to Ao Nang town which is lovely. However our room smelled awful of drains the whole time we were there. When we arrived the bedding was also dirty with holes in it. The room was not cleaned very well as there were cobwebs, spiders and lots of bugs. I understand that the hotel can’t help that bugs bite, but we have stayed in many places in Thailand and this hotel was the worst for bites. I wore mosquito repellent, and slept in long sleeved tops and managed to get numerous bites in this hotel regardless, including on my face. The hotel is not great value for money, maybe worth a visit if you get s cheap price.

It’s a ok resort to stay in. Relaxing area!

Great time in this area of Thailand. Only thing is beds are extremely hard at this resort and the room cleaning is alright. Felt like they didn’t change the sheets the whole week we where there..... when I asked for a room change they put me right beside the construction area and it woke me up at 6am every morning. (Not ideal) didn’t even give me a discount or any deal when I brought this up....

Was really hoping for a good experience after seeing photos of this resort. I stayed in a bungalow and had geckos crawling all over my walls and safe. There were also lizards near the pool and on the walls of the hotel lobby. As someone who has a phobia of lizards, this was a terrible experience. Staff seemed to find it funny when I told them but eventually allowed me to change rooms after I complained multiple times. Also found the rooms to be quite dark and bathrooms seemed old. Would definitely not stay here again. Horrible excuse for a vacation.

Honest review, stayed September 2017

Really enjoyed my stay, although definitely because of the room, it's worth spending the extra couple of pounds for the economy rooms with wifi. They were very comfortable and modern, so it was enjoyable to stay in. Location was okay as well, a 10 minute walk to the beach, which myself and my boyfriend quite liked because of the amazing street food, but the hotel provides a shuttle bus there and back so it's not an issue either way. Staff were always helpful but at times standoff-ish and cold about enquiries, however we were self sufficient so didn't interact with staff too often. The pools are gorgeous! Breakfast Was basic with not much choice, but again not too bad for a little something. Would definitely stay again and recommend to a friend.

FAN room review

The room looked like in the pictures only it was very dark inside. HOWEVER on Hotels.com it stated in the description that there was TV and Fridge and it was a very basic room like in the old days. I would not recommend this room simpley cause you are at the mercy of other people round you. IF you have neighbors you will hear when they talk,snore and ..ahem do other things... My room had Termites which also ate into our clothes! Apart from that the pool area was what attracted me and everything was really run down ..especially the pool chairs..sooo old and raggedy looking. Although the reception area is gigantic and posh, I feel like the Hotel grounds is an eye sore....nothing matches..so many different buildings and bungalows..no Theme, no flow..everything is mix and match...and again very ugly deck chairs.. Breakfast was ok....but I would not recommend the fan room. For the same price you can have another room with ac, tv, fridge and so on. Staff was friendly and I cant complain. However they said pool hours were till 8pm but you can swim at any time if you keep quiet....I never once saw anybody tending to the pool but I think one evening when we swam someone had just put chemicals in...since my skin started burning and the water was sour like lemon. So be careful. All in all it is ok and they are still improving the place. I was ok till some neighbors next door were talking on the phone all night. BUT i would not book this hotel again.
