Kurzurlaub in gemütlicher Ferienwohnung

Gemütliche Unterkunft, 10Min bis zur Steilküste und Strand und direkt am Waldesrand. Gemütliche Atmosphäre, mit großem Garten ist hier genau richtig. Preislich absolut zu empfehlen!

Traumhafter Indian Summer

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet und zudem hat es einen großen komplett eingezäunten Garten ( perfekt für Hunde ). Die Lage im Feriendorf am Ende der Straße direkt am Waldweg ( zum Meer ) war auch wunderbar für kurze Gassigänge zwischendurch und der Weg zum Strand im wunderschönen Buchenherbstwald war einfach bezaubernd schön - der kleine Weg parallel zum Strand ist sehr zu empfehlen und dann am Strand zurück ( im November fast Menschenleer ). Zudem wurden wir sehr gut betreut und alle Insulaner sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in schöner Lage. Nur die versteckten Kosten in Höhe von 20€ p.P. für Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind äußerst unverschämt und sollten im Inserat erwähnt werden. Dort heist es "Handtücher und Seife werden gestellt".

Ich bin enttäuscht über die gesamte Handhabung. In keiner Ferienwohnung, in der ich je Urlaub gemacht habe, fehlte die notwendige Erstausstattung. Es gab nicht ein Stückchen Seife, Salz und Pfeffer fehlten auch. Eierbecher mussten wir kaufen. Eigentlich sollte jemand vor Ort sein, um die Schlüssel zu übergeben. Ich musste sie unter einem Grill hervorholen. Service gleich NULL.

Schöne Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön am Kiefernwald, 10 Gehminuten vom Strand. In der Wohnung findet man alles vor, was man eben so braucht. Geschirr, Töpfe, Gläser sind alles ausreichend vorhanden. Mir persönlich hat ein Kleiner Läufer/Abtreter zur Terrasse gefehlt. Da diese nicht überdacht ist, geht man ständig mit nassen Schuhen wieder in die Wohnung. Aber ansonsten super.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage von Koserow

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Gemeinschaftsgarten. Etwas unklar war, welche Wohnung man nun hat?! Die anderen Mieter dachten, sie hätten die obere Wohnung , nachdem wir alles ausgepackt hatten. In der Mail stand EOG, was für uns erstes Obergeschoss bedeutet. Hätten gern die Wohnung mit Terrasse gehabt. Haben dann nicht mehr getauscht. Ansonsten ist schade, dass man wirklich alles besorgen muss, außer Klopapier. Wir haben für die Folgemieter zumindest Geschirrpültabs und Bratenöl vor Ort gelassen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter usw. war entspannt und freundlich. Durch den Wald ist man schnell am Strand. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe. Trotz fehlender Utensilien würden wir wieder diese Ferienwohnung mieten.

schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir fanden unseren Kurzurlaub sehr schön, die Lage des Häuschens ist toll und auch bei Schietwetter kann man einiges in der Umgebung unternehmen. In der Ferienwohnung (EG) ist es gemütlich aber es ist eben alles nicht mehr neu, einiges sollte vielleicht doch mal ausgetauscht werden (z.B. die Toilettenbrille oder die Sofabezüge, die Hifi-Anlage ist auch nicht mehr zeitgemäß). Die Matratzen sind auch schon ziemlich durchgelegen. Die Fußbodenheizung war super, ließ sich aber in den Schlafzimmern nicht separat einstellen. Das war uns persönlich doch etwas kalt, haben dann die Türen offen gelassen. Ein bisschen staubig war es auch, da wurden beim Putzen einige Stellen ausgelassen. Alles in allem aber nur kleine Mängel, wir würden trotzdem wiederkommen. ☺️

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit großen Garten.

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung, die sich auch sehr gut für Kinder eignet. Großer Garten, mit Terrasse. Die Fahrräder sind für Kurzstrecken sehr gut geeignet. Der Strand ist durch einen tollen Spaziergang durch den Wald gut zu erreichen. Was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat: Leider gab es in der Wohnung ein Armeisenproblem, die durch ein Loch an der Eingangstür ihren Einzug fanden. Durch einer kleinen Reperatur bekommt man dieses Problem aber sicher in den Griff. Die Reinigung der Wohnjbg könnte auch etwas besser sein. Es waren noch Schokoflecken vom Vorbewohner auf der Couch, die ich ganz leicht wegbekommen habe. Die Toilette hat leider auch nach Urin gerochen. Der Staubsauger wurde auch von uns gereinigt, neuer Beutel und komplett entstaubt. Der war übervoll und leider auch am Auszug kaputt. Fazit: schöne Wohnung, wo man sich mit einer gründlicheren Reinigung sehr wohl fühlen kann. Der Strand ist zu Fuß und über eine massiv hohe Treppe gut zu erreichen. Der Aufstieg ist natürlich sehr mühsam.
