Traumhafter Indian Summer

Das Haus ist sehr gemĂŒtlich und sehr gut ausgestattet und zudem hat es einen großen komplett eingezĂ€unten Garten ( perfekt fĂŒr Hunde ). Die Lage im Feriendorf am Ende der Straße direkt am Waldweg ( zum Meer ) war auch wunderbar fĂŒr kurze GassigĂ€nge zwischendurch und der Weg zum Strand im wunderschönen Buchenherbstwald war einfach bezaubernd schön - der kleine Weg parallel zum Strand ist sehr zu empfehlen und dann am Strand zurĂŒck ( im November fast Menschenleer ). Zudem wurden wir sehr gut betreut und alle Insulaner sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in schöner Lage. Nur die versteckten Kosten in Höhe von 20€ p.P. fĂŒr HandtĂŒcher und BettwĂ€sche sind Ă€ußerst unverschĂ€mt und sollten im Inserat erwĂ€hnt werden. Dort heist es "HandtĂŒcher und Seife werden gestellt".

Schönes Usedom. Koserow prima.

Ich bin enttĂ€uscht ĂŒber die gesamte Handhabung. In keiner Ferienwohnung, in der ich je Urlaub gemacht habe, fehlte die notwendige Erstausstattung. Es gab nicht ein StĂŒckchen Seife, Salz und Pfeffer fehlten auch. Eierbecher mussten wir kaufen. Eigentlich sollte jemand vor Ort sein, um die SchlĂŒssel zu ĂŒbergeben. Ich musste sie unter einem Grill hervorholen. Service gleich NULL.

Schöne Wohnung zum WohlfĂŒhlen

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön am Kiefernwald, 10 Gehminuten vom Strand. In der Wohnung findet man alles vor, was man eben so braucht. Geschirr, Töpfe, GlĂ€ser sind alles ausreichend vorhanden. Mir persönlich hat ein Kleiner LĂ€ufer/Abtreter zur Terrasse gefehlt. Da diese nicht ĂŒberdacht ist, geht man stĂ€ndig mit nassen Schuhen wieder in die Wohnung. Aber ansonsten super.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage von Koserow

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Gemeinschaftsgarten. Etwas unklar war, welche Wohnung man nun hat?! Die anderen Mieter dachten, sie hĂ€tten die obere Wohnung , nachdem wir alles ausgepackt hatten. In der Mail stand EOG, was fĂŒr uns erstes Obergeschoss bedeutet. HĂ€tten gern die Wohnung mit Terrasse gehabt. Haben dann nicht mehr getauscht. Ansonsten ist schade, dass man wirklich alles besorgen muss, außer Klopapier. Wir haben fĂŒr die Folgemieter zumindest GeschirrpĂŒltabs und Bratenöl vor Ort gelassen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter usw. war entspannt und freundlich. Durch den Wald ist man schnell am Strand. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants befinden sich in der NĂ€he. Trotz fehlender Utensilien wĂŒrden wir wieder diese Ferienwohnung mieten.

schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir fanden unseren Kurzurlaub sehr schön, die Lage des HĂ€uschens ist toll und auch bei Schietwetter kann man einiges in der Umgebung unternehmen. In der Ferienwohnung (EG) ist es gemĂŒtlich aber es ist eben alles nicht mehr neu, einiges sollte vielleicht doch mal ausgetauscht werden (z.B. die Toilettenbrille oder die SofabezĂŒge, die Hifi-Anlage ist auch nicht mehr zeitgemĂ€ĂŸ). Die Matratzen sind auch schon ziemlich durchgelegen. Die Fußbodenheizung war super, ließ sich aber in den Schlafzimmern nicht separat einstellen. Das war uns persönlich doch etwas kalt, haben dann die TĂŒren offen gelassen. Ein bisschen staubig war es auch, da wurden beim Putzen einige Stellen ausgelassen. Alles in allem aber nur kleine MĂ€ngel, wir wĂŒrden trotzdem wiederkommen. â˜ș
