This beautifully renovated farmhouse in Kootstertille, Friesland is perfect for 2 families or a group of friends, comfortably hosting up to 10 guests. Set in a peaceful village between Groningen and Leeuwarden, it offers the ideal mix of relaxation and nature.

The house features five tastefully decorated bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen. The cozy living room and multiple seating areas ensure everyone has their own space. Kids are welcome too, with a cot and high chair available. Step outside to enjoy a luxurious bubble bath, perfect for unwinding with drinks after a day of exploring. Dine al fresco under the roofed terrace or fire up the barbecue in the large garden. There’s private parking and a charging point for electric cars.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Die Sauberkeit im Haus war klasse. Sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet.Das Wasser im Pool war leider nicht mehr so toll.

Die Ferienwohnung ist ansprechend gestaltet, sauber und mit einer großzügigen Ausstattung versehen, die keine Wünsche offenlässt. Nach dem Lesen der Ruhe-Regeln freuten wir uns auf einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Leider wurden unsere Erwartungen enttäuscht. Die Lage direkt an einer Landstraße, die ab Dämmerung von Einheimischen offenbar als Rennstrecke genutzt wird, führte zu erheblicher Lärmbelästigung durch Lastwagen und aufheulende Motoren, nur wenige Meter vom Schlafplatz entfernt. Ab morgens um 8 Uhr sorgten Handwerker in der anderen Haushälfte mit lauten Geräten wie Flex und Stemmhammer für zusätzliche Störungen, da die Wände wenig schalldämmend sind. Fazit: Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und auch für größere Gruppen geeignet, doch die Lärmbelästigung durch den Straßenverkehr und insbesondere die vermeidbaren Arbeiten der Handwerker trübt den Aufenthalt erheblich. Ein deutlicher Hinweis auf die Geräuschsituation und die Renovierungsarbeiten wäre dringend erforderlich, um Gäste vorzubereiten.

Urlaub mit Freunden

Ich bin mit Freunden und zwei Kinder (1 Jahr) über Silvester in der Unterkunft gewesen. Wir fanden es traumhaft schön. Die Unterkunft ist super sauber und der Whirlpool läd zum Entspannen ein. Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit und würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Der Start in 2024 war phänomenal.
