Great location. Very short walk to Poipu beach. We walked there for the sunset almost every night. Sea turtles at the beach every night, saw whales from shore about half the times. Kitchen and utensils seemed to have been recently updated. Having an ice maker was very nice. Beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler provided were very nice to have. We ate most of our meals on the deck, also very nice. Overall great stay.

Great condo but only 3 stars due to a few problems.
This was a comfortable, spacious condo in a great location near to Poipu Beach and Brenneckes Restaurant. The decor was lovely and the kitchen well stocked. We had several disappointments. The weather for our stay was near 90 degrees. The only air conditioner was in the bedroom and it could not keep the south facing living room and kitchen cooled from noon until sundown. After sundown we could open the window louvers and get a night breeze but could not be in those rooms during the heat of the afternoon.
Also, the washing machine was not working correctly. We had to switch cycles a few times to do a load of wash because the machine would get stuck mid cycle.
During one morning of rain, the roof leaked onto the TV.
We did contact the management who sent someone to check the AC and take photos of the roof leak.
We were told that the uneven air conditioning was typical of very hot weather and the roof leak would be attended to by the condo association. No comments on the washing machine. Fortunately it never rained again while we were there.
