Poipu Shipwrecks Beach Home con vista al mar y aire acondicionado

Aloha y bienvenidos al complejo Hale Kika @ Poipu Kai. Hale Kika es una casa de playa de concepto abierto con excelentes vistas desde la sala de estar principal, 3 dormitorios y 2 1/2 baños. Las vistas desde la casa abarcan desde la montaña Haupu hasta las vistas completas del océano. Nuestra casa de playa de 2 plantas ofrece un ambiente relajado y tranquilo, con amplias terrazas cubiertas en ambos niveles, perfecto para disfrutar de su bebida favorita con familiares y amigos. En la planta baja hay 2 dormitorios para invitados, un baño y un amplio lavadero con lavadora y secadora. Una habitación de invitados ofrece una cama queen y un lanai privado con vista al mar. El segundo dormitorio de invitados ofrece 2 camas individuales que se pueden reconfigurar como una cama king.

Ubicada en el segundo piso, se encuentra la suite principal y un concepto abierto de sala, comedor y cocina. El dormitorio principal es espacioso, con una cama King, un baño completo con doble lavabo, una gran ducha doble y vestidor para una estadía prolongada. También hay vistas gloriosas del maestro.

La cocina está actualizada con encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, una estufa y horno a gas (poco común en Kauai) y hermosos gabinetes Koa. Nuestro hogar está muy bien mantenido y equipado con todas las comodidades del hogar, así como las comodidades que necesita para su aventura explorando, buceando o nadando mientras se encuentra en la isla de Kauai. Una gran brisa circula por todas partes para mantenerlo fresco y acogedor durante su estancia.

Love that view!

Having an ocean view is spectacular. You can relax on the lanai surrounded by natural beauty. Whether a bright sunny day, a cloudy day, or a rainy day, it's always gorgeous. We enjoyed the walkability to the beaches and pool. My Mom liked strolling over to the wooden swings at the Hyatt next door. The boogie boards were much appreciated by my spouse and 16-yr old daughter. We had to laugh at the one rooster who would start his serenade quite early then continue throughout the day. Well-appointed kitchen and plenty of towels/bedding. Handy to have the full laundry room as well. Can't beat the location and view! Thanks for the memories!

Family Spring Break

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 5 on Spring Break. Great location with two wonderful beaches easy walking distance from the house. We even got to watch whales right off our Lanai! All the amenities were supplied with all the things we needed. There is even a basketball hoop that my kids used multiple times daily! Thank you! We will be back!

Feel free to modify this review.We had a wonderful stay at Jessica and Raff’s beautiful house. The place was clean and well appointed with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. The location was perfect with a great view and a lanai that couldn’t be beat. We appreciated the walkability and the proximity of the property to two beautiful beaches. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful family home in great location

We had a lovely stay in Jessica and Raff's home. The home is very clean and has everything you need for your stay. It's in a great location next to the Grand Hyatt. You just walk 2 minutes down the path to beautiful Shipwreck beach. There are swings along the path overlooking the beach, perfect for watching the sunrise. Shops and restaurants are very close by. Poipu beach is a 15 minute walk on a paved path on the green belt meandering through the resorts. Very pleasant. Jessica stocked the fridge with juice and soda and turned on the A/C just before our arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home thanks to our incredibly thoughtful hosts. Thank you Jessica and Raff!!

Hawaii Family Vacation 2024

The house was perfect for our family of 6. The location is great and easy access to the walking path and also getting around by car. The house is very nice, and the view of the ocean is awesome! I would definitely recommend this property for your stay in Kauai.

Amazing property and location

This property was great for our family of 6, ranging from 17 to 73 years old. The view was great, the layout had room to spread out and enjoy ourselves. The "beach closet" was great, with boogie boards, chairs, beach mats, toys, coolers, etc. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great Family Stay

We had an amazing time at the house. It is well-appointed, clean and in a wonderful location. The layout was great for our family which included infants, adults and seniors. Gorgeous views and quiet at night. The hosts were wonderfully accommodating with my pre-trip and mid-trip questions and requests. Would love to stay there again and highly recommend to all!

Excellent stay with beautiful view

We highly recommend this property! The house is lovely and very well stocked. We absolutely loved the view! The privacy the home offers and location were excellent as well. There was lots to do nearby, including a beach that was walking distance and another beach that was less than a 5 minute drive, just to name a couple. Even getting to other parts of the island from this location was no problem. We would stay here again!

Wonderful place and wonderful stay

This is an excellent place to bring your family to. The house alone is in a beautiful location overlooking the the ocean. The home decorations also makes it very inviting. Every morning we were up on the second floor lanai watching the sunrise while sipping coffee. The kitchen area is well stocked for cooking and grilling. We will definitely look at staying here again. Raff made himself available to us and responded quickly when reached out to him. Thankful for this stay and their hospitality!

Wonderful return!

We loved our stay at this house! Raff is so easy to work with, and the house is lovely. The view from the patio is one of our favorites. The house is perfectly set up for our family of 4 plus a set of grandparents. We've stayed at this house in the past when it was under previous ownership, and the improvements since then are so nice! We will definitely be back.

Amazing Location!

We loved our stay here - we were a family of 5 with a teenager and grandparents included. The house is spacious and well set-up with all the amenities you need. It's very walkable, with Shipwreck beach, the pool and tennis about 5-10 mins, and Brennecke and Poipu about 10 - 15 min. The lanai was amazing and we spent a lot of time there, watching whales spout. Thanks to the owners for a great stay!

Beautiful views in Poipu!

My family and I had an amazing stay at Raf's home in Poipu. He is an excellent host and the home is even better than the pictures show. The view of the ocean is amazing and the beach amenities were great. We will certainly stay here again the next time we visit Poipu!

Beautiful, well stocked house with a gorgeous view!

Great house in an absolutely fabulous location. First, the house: love the set up with two bedrooms on the lower floor and the master + living space upstairs. Made traveling with kids quite easy, as I didn't have to worry about waking them if I was up making coffee qnd enjoying the view. And what a view! I could see whales spouting from the kitchen or having dinner on the deck. I read reviews about noise from the Hyatt staff parking lot, but that wasn't a problem at all. The entire area was very quiet. The master bedroom was quite nice - firm mattress but still comfortable. The pullout sofas face each other, so we only used one. What really made the house a winner was how well stocked it was - lots of necessities in the pantry (spices, oil, flour/sugar/salt -- everything) and SO many beach toys: 6+ snorkel sets, 3 boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas, sand toys, tennis rackets, water shoes and more. The location can't be beat: 5 min walk to Shipwreck beach for tide pools for exploring or the Hyatt for coffee; 15,-20 min walk (a bit hilly, but I like the exercise) to Brennecke's Beach for boogie boarding or Poipu Beach for snorkeling. Also to note: it was the easiest checkout instructions of any place I stayed! Will DEFINITELY be back. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Wonderful family trip

We enjoyed our stay at the house so much. The house is beautiful and the view is even better. We loved sitting on the lanai watching the ocean. It was also fun to walk to Shipwreck Beach and the trail that runs beyond that. There were ample supplies - beach towels, chairs, body boards - in the closet that we could use. Would definitely stay at the house again!

Beautiful Place

We absolutely loved the views from the lanai, we were out there every morning and evening. Lovely breezes and the house was very comfortable to stay in. Kitchen had everything you needed for cooking. Close to farmers markets, food trucks and beaches. We had a really fun time at this rental unit! Thank you!

We were impressed with the unobstructed wide, sunny open-ness of green lawn framed by palms all the way to the ocean. Also, the comfortable spaciousness of the living-dining-kitchen-deck area on the upper floor. Lots of dishes, cookware, and condiments, not to mention the beach toys, 2 sizes of coolers, ample towels, and also a soft sided wagon. It's a very quiet neighborhood, even with the Grand Hyatt adjacent, which is a plus for its lush grounds.
