Hermoso para disfrutar de la playa en pareja

Es un hotel lindisimo en la playa con un bar con mesas en altura que dan al mar. Por la noche hay mĆŗsica en vivo. Muy cĆ³modo. Excelente desayuno.

Rodents sleeping in my bed!

I was woke up in the middle of the night by the noise of a rodent next to my face, over my pillow. He was so comfortable with humans, that even left rodent's on the bed. Could you imagine how use to humans are those nasty creatures? And the good time they must spend in the kitchen ? Avoid this place!

Buen hotel, precio-calidad

Buen y cĆ³modo hotel, restaurant y desayuno bueno, increĆ­ble playa y piscina, buena ubicaciĆ³n (tranquilidad y a su vez cercano al centro). HabitaciĆ³n un poco pequeƱa pero correcta, aunque podrĆ­a mejorar mantenciĆ³n de baƱo. Recomiendo las habitaciones que dan a la playa, valen la pena. En resumen, buen hotel con alta relaciĆ³n precio-calidad.

The only thing this resort has going for it is that itā€™s right on the beach. The grounds are pleasant, but thatā€™s where the positives end. The rooms are dated and poorly maintained. My bathroom had a stained toilet seat, mildew in the shower, discolored caulking, and stained walls. The room also had mosquitoes due to poor door seals. Resort Wifi did not work most of the time I was there. The food at the restaurant was underwhelming and overpriced for the quality. There were also not enough chaise loungers on the beach or around the pool, making it difficult to relax during busy times. The biggest issue was the service. The front desk staff were consistently cold and unfriendly ā€” no greeting, no smile, and no offer to help with bags. It felt like I was inconveniencing them. This attitude was the same at check-in and check-out. Restaurant staff also gave off a bad vibe. They also forgot to return my 2,000 baht cash deposit, forcing me to take another taxi back after I had already paid 500 baht to leave. I am currently staying at another resort on the island, and the contrast is striking ā€” warm greetings, smiles, and genuine hospitality. That difference has made it even clearer how poorly I was treated here. This is nowhere near a 4-star experience. At best, itā€™s a 2-star property with a great beach location.

Lovely hotel in good location. Slight problem with a leak on the stairs near our room but apart from that lovely clean & tidy hotel. Breakfast was excellent as was other meals we had in the beachfront restaurant. Staff all friendly & helpful.

Die schlechten Rezessionen der Vergangenheit sind nicht gerechtfertigt. Dass die StraƟe direkt am Hotel ist, dafĆ¼r kann das Hotel nichts. Und man lƤuft eh nicht zu FuƟ nach chaweng sondern nimmt ein Taxi. Das Personal war auƟerordentlich freundlich, das frĆ¼ckstĆ¼ck sehr vielfƤltig. Wer hier was nicht findet, bei dem frage ich mich, was es bei dieser Person jeden Tag zuhause gibt. Strand sehr gut, Abendessen gut, wenn nur 1x genutzt. Zimmer sind groƟ genug. Einig das Bad kƶnnte mal renoviert werden. Aber ist voll funktionsfƤhig. Klima recht laut, aber kĆ¼hlt dafĆ¼r auch ordentlich runter. Auch hier kann man es wohl niemanden recht machen. Ich wĆ¼rde dieses Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen

Staff were great and the breakfast was good, the beach was quite nice also. The rooms were in need of refurbishment and the bedding was not up to scratch. Maintenance appeared to be an issue from what I saw. I would unfortunately not stay again given with conditions as they are.

Nice setting overlythe beach and Gulf of Siam. Food at the restaurant was mostly very good, though a bit overpriced for the small servings. The room was ok, needs better maintenance, especythe bathroom which was 2 out of 5. Front desk staff were great. The beach furniture was mostly half broken, dirty and uncomfortable. The rest was ok.

The hotel isnā€™t too far from the central of Chaweng but you need a cab or other mode of transport to get there as itā€™s too far to walk. Itā€™s located on a hill just around a bend on a busy main road so it makes it challenging to cross the busy road and flag a transport down to get into town. We paid extra for a sea view and were on the top floor. There are no lifts so donā€™t stay here if you arnā€™t very fit as there are different levels throughout the hotel. The beds are very hard, although the hotel did provide mattress toppers when we asked which made it slightly better. The aircon is very noisey and we requested to be moved after 1 night as all you could hear was the bikes & traffic at all hours on the main road. The hotel were accomodating and moved us the next day. We were on the ground floor which was quieter. The beach is long but either side of the hotel is wasteland with rubbish, the beach isnā€™t that clean. The beach beds etc need updating. They clean the rooms daily however forgot on a couple of occasions but cleaned when asked. Breakfast is ok with Thai & European choices. Overall, the hotel is old and needs updating. The staff were all lovely but the hotel needs to lift its standards. We would not stay here again.

Value for money, but badly maintained !

I stayed at this hotel a few years ago, and itā€™s been neglected since then. The bed is like a slab of concrete, and the room is in disrepair. I couldnā€™t even open the front door because it kept jamming. The bathroom was a disasterā€”the faucet was loose and splashed water everywhere. I was really disappointed with my stay. The only saving grace was the breakfast spread, and the warm friendly staff.

We had booked four rooms for 10 people through expedia. When we arrived, the manager told us that we only had three rooms and for six people. He kept us waiting at night for 1.5 hours and asking for more money and at the end he very casually admitted his mistake. He treated us like we were thieves and ruined our night. He pretended not to have roll away beds. One of the rooms that we got smelled like dead mice and one of the showers did not work. One room had a dead roach. Cleanliness was not up to par. The hotel has a nice location in front of the beach and nice breakfast. If you can manage to get a room without smell, is a good bargain with great views. The check in process was hell. Ruined the experience for us. Not a family friendly place. There are prostitutes on the property My kids could not stand the smell amd wanted to leave immediately. We checked out the next day and they refused to refund the rest of the stay. No one in this hotel cares about the guests.
