This immaculate, professionally designed villa is located in front of a lush green paddy field at Habaraduwa. Unobstructed view of the paddy and unruffled wind are truly unparalleled. Enjoy gatherings in the front verandah, living and dining area with the views of the infinity pool and the beautiful garden. The villa offers 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with two single beds all with their own four poster luxury beds & en-suite bathrooms. Out of two double rooms one has a king bed and the other room has a queen bed. All rooms are en-suite and have garden view. Further, there is a staff room with attached bathroom.
Masterful design and modern luxury are uniquely embodied in this three bedroom villa where interior is tastefully designed with modern and antique furniture. The modern, sophisticated kitchen will inspire your inner chef with its amenities. The property is self-catering but a cook can be arranged on request at extra costs. In the property there is a cleaning lady and a night watcher already employed.
The pavilion /ambalama with the views of the paddy is perfect for the evening relaxation with a nice beer or wine. The journey from Colombo’s international airport is, two and half hours via Southern Express Way. Airport transfers can be arranged at request. Also, yoga, spa treatments can be arranged at request.
The property is very well located only less than 15 minutes from Habaraduwa & Unawatuna beaches with beach clubs as Talpe Beach Club & Why Beach, Wijaya Beach, Historical Galle Fort and many others.
