Breakfast wasn't the best. Watery eggs; hard biscuits. Inside spa/pool was cold and dirty. Stayed three nights and took two days to get shampoo and body wash refilled. One lamp did not work and was never fixed after reporting. There was feces on the bedsheets. Management wasn't cooperative in the least bit. Had to contact corporate headquarters and in retaliation for contacting corporate we were charged $100 for alleged smoking in the room. We did not smoke at all in the room or hotel. ALWAYS went outside. Recommend never staying here. Travel a lot and have never been treated like were at this hotel.

Absolutely fantastic stay, especially with my dog. There were tons of pets there, so it is definitely a pet-friendly hotel!! I didn't hear anything from the floor above me which is super nice and the beds were so comfortable. We slept great and everyone had a great time! The shower amenities were name brand products and the pool is a medicinal pool that is heated. I will definitely stay her again!

The room was not very clean the floors were disgusting. The shower was broken and on top of that the water pressure was terrible. While taking a shower the water would change temperature and almost scold you from how hot it was.
