I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was clean and quiet and I felt safe. It was so nice being right in the middle of Chinatown and I absolutely love Kobe. The staff was helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient location - It's one block off of the main street in Chinatown and it's very close to the metro (~5 blocks). The heater works very well (which is important as it's winter and it's cold outside). There's only 2 showers on the women's floor, so there's the possibility of having to wait for a few minutes, but the showers are clean and they provide shampoo and conditioner. Good wifi.

Sooooo terrible!

1. 飯店建築和內部裝潢算新，但實際上入住的舒適感卻完全無法因為新，而有任何加分作用，建築物原來應該是餐廳而去改建和裝潢和隔間，因為空間配置很弔詭。 2. 建議經營業者和員工本人，自己親自過夜入住，感受有哪些細節沒有做好。 3. 訂房網站上的照片，拍的很漂亮，實際上空間窄小到不成邏輯……我能理解在日本住宿空間通常偏小，但此間小到入住時，萬一發生公共意外，就是直接在原地等死，別想有任何路徑可以逃生，讓人很懷疑到底是不是合法的旅宿。 4. 沒有電梯，麻煩在網頁上清楚的標記出來好嗎？而不是隱晦的不說，扛著行李，走上又窄又抖的樓梯，一到三樓，傻眼……跟台灣的頂樓加蓋一模一樣。 5. 旅宿業的進房和退房時間，在全球國際上有規範的做法，即時要自行調整，也要合理。例如：12:00進房，15:00退房；或11:00進房，14:00退房。 而此處的進房竟然下午16:00，既然這麼晚，那麼就應當先讓住客寄放行李，並沒有，還直接大門鎖上，真是荒謬又粗傲慢。以及，早上10:00就得退房，會不會太離譜了！ 既然進房晚，退房早，那麼多出來的時間，拜託好好打掃可以嗎？也做不到……房間床單和枕頭套要求自己鋪，公共空間髒亂不已，洗手台、浴室，還有廚房，髒到不行。 一樓門口的右側，堆滿各種雜物，一樓大廳環境也同樣各種紙箱和雜物，亂七八糟，搞得跟大學生宿舍一樣的環境。 唯一可稱讚的是，位在景點南京町裡面，交通位置相對去哪裡算方便。我想的是因此才讓業者與員工傲慢吧！認為不管多差，都不怕沒客人，我們也不在乎妳麼說……同樣價位更好的不是沒有，要住五星飯店，我也不是經濟能力負擔不起，但凡事真的不要太離譜。 一個城市，計程車司機和住宿環境，扮演著最前線的觀光大使身分……希望經營業者和員工，能看重和尊重自己的職業，用心，重視細節的服務品質，不才是日本吸引遊客前來的原因之一嗎？ 最後，我想謝謝幫忙搬行李的女員工，妳是讓我在這一晚，找到值得讚美的一件事，謝謝妳。

ユースホステルなので持ち物結構持って行ったのですが、シャンプーや化粧水、ヘアアイロンなど共有スペースにアメニティが充実していました。 部屋もスペースがきちんと確保されていて、メイクや着替えもしやすかったです。 スタッフも親しみやすいかたで、手頃な値段で充実した旅行ができました。
