Amazing stay! Gorgeous property with clean rooms and the comfiest beds! Breakfast was great and same with dinner! Staff was the sweetest and ensured we were all set to go with anything we needed. We would love to make it back here, it was a perfect little escape from the crowded areas of Phi Phi.

My husband and I had a great stay at this Resort. The staff was kind and very attentive. I would highly recommend this place. The view from our room was 😍 Place was quiet and peaceful, food was great!

Beautiful views, great staff, very comfortable room, and away from the busy main island. Plenty of stairs to climb up so need a fairly good level of fitness. Nice beach with beautiful water and sunbeds too!

Great location but many steps from beach. No pool which is generally in ko phi phi ok, but since getting to beach is not easy, a pool would be great.

I was not informed that this property was only reachable by boat. It is extremely difficult to get to, and you have to pay for a boat transfer every time to go to and from the hotel. Additionally, the staff were not very welcoming when I arrived. Room was okay. Best part was the view from our room, but everything else was an annoyance.

Nice location, this part of the island is the best option. Closer to the pier it get pretty bad. To get to the hotel get ready for a small climb, but after all... No pain no game.

The sound the falling fruits on our roof made was terrifying. We thought someone shot on it. But it continued and so we figured it‘s coming from the tree over our house. Fortunately, the incredible view made up for it.

Beautiful location with spectacular views, & lovely staff. Very clean rooms, with good aircon, comfortable bed, nice balcony space, & nice, large bathroom with good shower (especially when compared to other tropical island experiences.) Nice daily continental breakfast offering. A couple of cons: no communication re: the arrival process gave a bad first impression (when arriving at Koh Phi Phi, look for staff in bright pink, as a taxi-boat transfer from the main pier to the resort is required.) Also, in general the taxi-boat captains don’t seem keen to return passengers to HIP Seaview, & made us wait for more passengers, & then dropped us well down the beach. It should be made clearer at booking that the (unavoidable) stairs up to the resort might not be suitable for the elderly or unfit - I’m neither of these but didn’t enjoy this after a big dinner & drinks at the local restaurants.

Extremely inconvenient

This place was clean, the view was nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful but it can't be overstated how massively inconvenient it was to stay here. There are exactly two choices for getting between the hotel and Tonsai, where all of the food worth eating is: longtail boat taxi (the hotel at least provides one free of charge for checking in and out but in between you're on your own), which takes ~10min, costs 100-150THB/person, may or may not leave Tonsai without making you wait for more people, and requires one to jump into the water to disembark if you aren't traveling during high tide, or a 45min trek across the beach, up a muddy cliff that requires one to pull oneself up using the provided rope and over a half-improved trail through the bat- and mosquito-infested woods. Oh, and once you arrive at the end of Long Beach, you'll be greeted by no fewer than 155 stairs to climb, which are the only way in and out of the hotel. These things probably aren't a deal breaker for the right people, but it's imperative that you understand the experience you're signing up for - I booked at the last minute and therefore didn't, and that's my own fault. If you are OK with feeling isolated and trapped behind all the various barriers to freedom or eating the hotel's mediocre food (no room service btw) and you are in good physical shape, then maybe you'll enjoy yourself here. Our room's floor was also sloped because of the hill - didn't feel unsafe, but wasn't comfortable either.

Lo que le da el plus a este hotel es la vista pues está en lo alto sin embargo para llegar hay que subir muchos escalones (150 aproximadamente) y no hay opción para sillas de ruedas, carriolas, etc. Cada que se sale del hotel hay que subir y bajar y si vas de fiesta no es muy conveniente. Las habitaciones son básicas y de tamaño considerable pero no son lujosas. El precio es elevado en comparación con otros lugares de Tailandia.

Hotel bien situado pero en malas condiciones, todo está viejo y dejado; des del cartel del hotel a las habitaciones, el baño, todo. El desayuno del hotel muy básico y además en las habitaciones no iba la nevera si no estabas en la habitación con la llave puesta. Finalmente, como en toda la isla, estaba lleno de gatos, que si no te gustan, resulta incómodo.

Pagué por tener vistas al mar, y casi no se veía. Hotel algo lejos de la zona más animada, y para bajar a la playa hay que hacerlo por muchos escalones. No merece el precio a pagar

Lluvia y más lluvia

No tuvimos mucha suerte los 3 días que estuvimos en la Phi Phi por la lluvia, así que en días así mejor no coger este hotel. Las vistas ni serán tan bonitas y la ubicación es problemática para ir con maletas. Solo te ofrecen ir en los TaxiBoats aunque también puedes llegar en moto pero al hotel de al lado. (nos dejó a 200metros del hotel con las maletas en la playa, tuvimos que cargar con ellas). Las escaleras también son un handicap (aunque es una manera de hacer un poco de ejercicio, jajaja) (el hotel no te comenta que hay que subir 100 escaleras para llegar a él). Un sitio bonito y tranquilo de las islas pero con sol. Sinó mejor quedarte en el centro. Tuvimos que ir al médico con urgencia (allí perdidos) y ellos no nos dieron ninguna solución, tuvimos que ir al de al lado para que nos atendieran con rapidez. Pagas por un Resort pero no lo es.
