I’m always trying to be optimistic and the service industry is tough - I work in it as well so I get it. But honesty makes for more trustworthy reviews so here we go: Coco’s staff was friendly! But that’s where the positives end. With no air conditioning, the particular room I stayed in, being located in the back interior corner, was a sauna. This was unfortunately exasperated by unreliable assess to running water. I hope it was just bad timing on my part with the facility struggles. The guesthouse served its purpose as a budget option. But staying here for multiple nights is a tough sell considering other options on the island.

It's on the edge of a busy part of the island. The rooms are simple. They get cleaned regularly, and for the price, it's great. It's walkable to almost anywhere. It's quiet at night, and the staff is eager to help you in anyway

I booked a fan room and the room was terrible all broken and no hot water for shower on website they show photos of air condition room and i paid 850 bath for every night area near you can find with that price aircondition room

Shocking the day we arrived a guest checking out said that the water made him ill from showering me bring me thought that can’t be true must have drank some only to come down with a serious illness for two days and moved resorts due to the dirty shower water

The hotel was ok but not fantastic. The rooms are humid, no cleaning during 3 days, the mattresses are really hard and the walls are pretty thin so you here your neighbourhood partying every night. The price was ok but pretty sure you can find better.

The customer service was great but the cleanliness of the room, bathroom, sheets, and towels left much to be desired. The sheets and towels looked worn and stained from use. The bathroom and shower are combined so everything gets wet when you shower. There’s no hot water, not like you’d want a hot shower in a tropical island in a room with no air conditioning. Opening and shutting the door of the first room I was given upstairs was near impossible so I asked for a different room and the staff immediately accommodated me without any issues. The staff are beautiful, helpful, and friendly but the rooms are underwhelming. The hotel suggests that you leave no valuables in your room and they have lockers outside for you to use but you need to have your own padlock. The location is great, you’re close to the main beaches and bars, about a four minute walk, but far away enough to have no noise! You’re also right next to the Phi Phi lookout point. Overall, this place is ok to stay at for a couple of nights but I wouldn’t recommend it for any longer.

It was just ok. We booked as there were decent reviews so we had a place to stay our first night. Did some hunting and found a nicer room with a better bed and a mini fridge for 150b less and went there. Nothing wrong with the place, but boots on the ground I found a better deal elsewhere.

Best of a bad bunch in Koh Phi Phi. We enjoyed the outside seating area and the air comfort of the air conditioning, but overall found the room to be rather tired. Particularly disappointing was the musty smell inside. However, the location was excellent, if a little noisy on the ground floor as people walked past late at night.
