UNSAFE, UNKEPT, DO NOT TRUST

Right from check in this place was an absolute disaster. My biggest complaint though is we were set up in a moped scam. We rented a bike across from the hotel, at night we parked the bike in front of the store/reception area, and then went about our night. The next morning the bike was gone, the security cameras at the hotel "didn't work" and we were told by the police we had to find the bike or pay 8,000 USD for a new bike. This place is UNSAFE, security cameras DO NOT WORK, there is NO SECURITY GUARD, and it was pretty evident that this family is extremely involved in the Thai mafia - BEWARE, STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE, IT IS NOT WORTH IT.

Disorganised and uncaring,

I booked here the wrong day and tried to change it to the next day(full moon party feb2017) They cancelled my booking with no other hotels open. In the end, the owner gave us a room. The room was not good, no tv, no bathroom sink, (never had to brush my teeth over the toilet before... yak) and internet was down most of the time, paper thin walls, a couple arguing at the other end of the hotel kept us awake until midnight (day before the party)... overpriced and unhospitable, I would never book here again.
