Very cute place with great pool area and restaurant. The staff over there are absolutely great! There's a direct access through the restaurant's stairs to the beach which is nice. We stayed in the wooden bungalow, which is not in a great condition, a bit small and not so good facilities (bathroom, crack in the main door that insects can go through and more) We would have taken the normal rooms which seems pretty good.

Beautiful restaurant, pool, and beach access from property. Extremely helpful staff with renting scooter and booking excursions and transportation. Views from our bungalow and resort pool were amazing. Only downside was the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, room only had one plug in, and we had quite a bit of ants in our room. Ants can be expected as we were surrounded by the jungle, however there was definitely a visible gap in the front door that they were getting through. Otherwise a great stay and would stay again!

Beautiful property with very kind and helpful staff. You can easily rent motor bikes or get taxi’s to town. There are no elevators and a decent amount of stairs. It was fine for us but I could see how it might be a problem for older or disabled people.

Cute bungalows, great service.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is lovely, especially the pool and restaurant with a great view. The restaurant had a great atmosphere and wonderful service. Prices aren’t cheap but quality and quantity of food portions is excellent. Shower was the only major flaw, shower head was broken and only worked at chin level, and I’m not a tall woman! Otherwise, great experience. I would recommend and stay again.

Wonderful bungalows in a fantastic location!

This place is fabulous! Private access to a wonderful beach, great bungalows with unbelievable views and a fantastic restaurant that serves cocktails by the pool with a great vibe. I honestly don’t understand how it am only be a 2.5 star place. The bungalows are basic but have everything you need and there are different levels depending on what you want. I will be back multiple times and I would definitely recommend!

Fantastic location

High Life is the place to be on Koh Phangan!

Love the High Life! Love Haad Yao, love Koh Phangan Thailand! The peeps at the High Life are the best! Tok, Noi, Bhoda they all try their best to make you feel at home and they do! If you get a chance to stay at the High Life you should... try the Thai Spicy Seafood Salad, try the Panang Curry with Chicken, definitely order the No Nane and wash it all down with a Sang Som and Coke! We’ll definitely be back at the High Life again!

The location is beautiful but the whole resort is not managed very well. Many things in the main area (e.g. pool) and in the bungalow were dirty or damaged. The staff was not very friendly and attentive. We did not feel very welcome during our stay

Nice spot for the beach

These bungalows are set on the hillside and have direct beach access down 80 steps. The resort is made up of garden view and sea view bungalows and they are basic but ideal. If you want to rent a scooter you need to visit a place next door and they also do laundry.

Highlife Bungalow was great!

The food was amazing! Some of the best on the island! The staff was very helpful and friendly and the pool was phenomenal! If you are looking for a great place to stay this is it!
