We had a great stay at High Season Hotel! The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Just got back from Koh Kood and stayed at High Season Pool Villa & Spa — truly impressed from the moment we checked in. The staff were warm, friendly, and made us feel right at home. Second time staying here and the service was the best! Big thanks to Bew,Lana and Nam ❤️❤️❤️ big pool and spacious villa, the beach is literally in front of the hotel and breakfast was amazing with many different options. The only negative thing is that it’s a long journey from Bangkok. Flying to Trat then taxing taxi and boat to the resort so plan ahead that it will take almost a whole day.

Small number of very private villas with an outstanding beachfront. The beach bar and resort restaurant are also some of the best eating/drinking/dining/ relaxing environments I’ve ever seen. The property is beautiful and right on a gorgeous beach. We enjoyed daily morning walks on the beach and lounging around the beach bar area. We are not usually the type of people to spend the whole of our holiday on the beach or by a pool as we like to experience the culture of & really explore a place - but this was the end of a trip visiting various parts of Thailand & the perfect place to relax. The only thing I would say is that the staff need more training in hospitality especially in the restaurant & shuttle service could be better - we almost missed our ferry back to Trat for various reasons.

The key to High Season resort is its incredible beach front location and the really well designed and build pool villas. The rustic and lush exotic gardens give you a sense of relaxation. It was getting close to low season, so the staff seemed to be a bit slowed down. For a 5 star resort, we expected a bit more enthusiasm from the beach staff. Like bringing cold water on hot days and tending the beach lounges. Other than that, everyone else from front desk to room upkeep and service was great.

The location is great as the beach is the best on the island. The rooms are great size. Though most of the service staff are nice there is no consistency to how the service is provided. There didn’t appear to be any management on the property to provide much needed direction to the staff. Like others have mentioned, the price point is high for what you get. You have to accept that you’re paying for the location and the beautiful beach. If you’re looking for a resort with more professional, trained staff where the bungalows and grounds are far better maintained then I suggest taking a look at Shantaa Resort. We had an opportunity to visit them as well. Shantaa has beautiful hill top views but no beach as compared to High Season. I would like to give a shout out to Kongtup, Nam, Valen, Chalee and Non for their wonderful service, attitude, smiles and service! Thank you!

L’hôtel est plutôt bien aménagé avec des villas sympathiques. La plage attenante est propre et agréable. Le petit déjeuner offre un choix important. Par contre quelques remarques : - après chaque nuit nous ressortions avec des boutons et piqûres alors que nous ne voyons pas de moustiques (acariens, puces de lit,…). On ne sait pas trop mais le fait est la : chaque matin une douzaine de piqûres mon épouse et moi - la villa n’est pas toujours comme on pourrait croire une villa isolée. Alors que nous avions pensé avoir réservé une villa indépendante vu le tarif, nous avions une villa séparée en deux et malheureusement pas assez isolée phoniquement avec la partie mitoyenne (on entendait les pas et bruits divers : enfants la première nuit). À 350€ la nuit je pense honnêtement que c’est un peu abusé (même vraiment abusé) Mais l’hôtel reste agréable et le personnel adorable. Le dernier soir nous avons dîné sur le bord de la plage et c’était très bon

Die Anlage ist gepflegt und das Personal äusserst freundlich. Nur wenige Ausnahmen können kein Englisch, alle sind gut geschult. Das WLAN lässt zu wünschen übrig, daher ist man mit einem eigenen Router besser bedient. Das Gym ist minimalst eingerichtet und eindeutig zu warm. Die Preise fürs Essen und trinken sind ganz ok, denn man bezahlt ja auch den Komfort der Anlage mit. Zu teuer (400%) ist das Spa, daher wahrscheinlich auch zu wenig besucht. Massage für den halben Spa-Preis wäre immer noch teuer für die Insel, dafür aber zum Beispiel ganz einfach gehalten am Strand, würde bestimmt gut funktionieren.

Es war unzumutbar, wir warren in drei verschiedenen sogenannten Ville und war komplett enttäuscht über den Zustand. Die sogenannten Villen brauchen nicht nur ein neuen Anstrich, das letzte Mal das dort jemand investiert hat für die Erhaltung ist 20 Jahre her. Von Pfledermäusen bis Übergeben war alles dabei.

Det var rigtig lækre boliger med skøn/hyggelig indretning, hvor der var tænkt på det hele. Rent og pænt og daglig rengøring med frisk vand, frugt, småkager Personalet var utrolig søde på hele resorter. Morgenmad var udsøgt med alt hvad man kunne tænke sig - også cava som blev skænket op Placering lige ned til strand med god stemning og Happy Hour omkring solnedgang
