Here you’ll find a charming log cabin with solid round logs that evoke the atmosphere of a Norwegian mountain cabin. The high vaulted ceiling creates a wonderful sense of space, and the interior is filled with carefully selected vintage finds. In the kitchen-dining area, you can relax around the table or in the two beautiful Chesterfield armchairs in front of the wood-burning stove.
The house has two lovely terraces: a covered terrace with a view of the island of Hjelm and the large natural grounds—perfect for breakfast regardless of the weather—as well as a large sunny terrace with a dining area and a cozy spot with a pallet sofa. The bedroom is located in a separate annex just a few steps from the main house—a short walk under the open sky where you can enjoy the starry night sky.
The large natural grounds invite you to explore and relax in scenic surroundings. Here you can enjoy the tranquility and the beautiful view of Hjelm while experiencing Helgenæs’ unique nature right outside your door.
Kongsgårde Beach is 3 km away and offers a child-friendly swimming beach and great SUP opportunities. Sletterhage Lighthouse is perfect for outings where you can spot dolphins and porpoises, grab an ice cream, and walk to the German Tower. Mols Bjerge Nature Park invites you to go hiking, for example to Trehøje with its fantastic views. Book an experience at Karpenhøj featuring a foraging tour and brunch by the campfire.
