A newly built,Cycladic style maisonette in the middle of a magical bay in the area of Arkoudi with breathtaking view,only 100m away from the beach,ideal for families and friends.

In a distance of 500m one can find super market and Greek traditional taverns,whereas the maisonette is only 300m away from the picturesque bay with the church of Saint Irene and the well-known tavern "Aria".

The maisonette includes,on the first floor two(2) spacious bedrooms with double beds and two(2) bathrooms.The first floor also includes an open plan fully equipped kitchen and living room with TV and fireplace.On the front of this floor there is a balcony with dining table,ideal for breakfast.

At the ground floor there are one spacious bedroom with double bed and two single beds in separate space,as well as a large bathroom.

All bedrooms are airconditioned.

Outside there is a built BBQ and amazing dining table for twelve(12) people with wonderful view.

Access by foot to the beach of the bay the property is built on.

The price includes WiFi,Netflix and satellite TV.

Heaven in Kythnos

Beautiful spacious light and airy, spotlessly clean, stunning views, took 8 of us without problems. 0.5 km walk to Aga Ireni restaurants. 1 km to the center of charming Loutra with its nice restaurants , bakeries, shops and marina. The adjacent beach to the property , not part of it, is filled with plastic because of the currents , the municipality needs to resolve that

Bella casa, luminosa e affacciata sul mare con interni accoglienti, curati e allegri. Vicina al paese di Loutra dove si trovano 2 negozi di alimentari, alcuni ristoranti, un ottimo forno, 2 bar in riva al mare e a due passi dal bel borgo di Agia Irini. Nella settimana della nostra vacanza, i simpatici proprietari erano presenti e alloggiavano nell'appartamento sottostante dandoci consigli sull'isola. Colazioni e cene rilassanti nel tavolo esterno e nella terrazza, entrambi vista al mare. Era un piacere tornare a casa dopo una giornata di mare.

Quel bon choix

L’accueil fut très ponctuel et sympathique avec une bonne communication préalable et disponibilité ultérieure des propriétaires. Située au bord d’une route de campagne peu passante, entre une petite plage adorable avec restaurant VIP et le port de Loutra, c’est une jolie maison moderne mais avec un look Cyclades, très calme bien équipée (4 chambres bien séparées, grande pièce commune avec cuisine, 3 Sdb, wifi, petite chaîne hifi et TV, terrasses, BBQ), isolée mais avec une maison mitoyenne non gênante. De l’autre côté de la route se trouve une petite plage à 200 m, jolie mais malheureusement non nettoyée contrairement à la plupart des plages de l’île (nombreux détritus en raison des courants) et mal adapté à de jeunes enfants pour les premiers mètres dans l’eau. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille (8 personnes ) avec plusieurs belles plages plus ou moins proches (Podamia notre préférée, agios Stefanos...) facilement accessibles en voiture ou scooter. Deux villages typiques très sympas au centre de l’île. On reviendra très volontiers.
