Can I leave a zero star review? I booked a room to stay at for a wedding, I unfortunately can no longer attend said wedding. I've have been calling for weeks trying to tell them I am unable to attend and would no longer need the room. I kept getting the runaround that nobody can help me, the person I need to speak with isn't in, etc. I paid for the room, $189. I understand hotel policy, however, I have been trying to give them plenty of notice about said situation. I finally got through today, and was told I will be charged for the room again, so $400 later, I am penalized for trying to give them notice for over a period of weeks trying to give them notice. I am not in the position to afford this fee when I've been trying to contact them to attempt to avoid this situation, and possibly this review. Customer service is definitely a weak spot on their end.
